You can judge a Mexican spot by its salsa, and Tequila’s was just OK—decent but nothing to write home about. Service was a bright spot: the staff was friendly, attentive, and got everything to the table quickly.
I went with the enchiladas de carnitas, which were solid but not standout. Overall, it’s an average experience—good service, food that’s fine but not memorable. If you’re in the mood for reliable Mexican with friendly faces, it’ll do the job. Not the best I’ve had, but far from the worst.

I’ve been eating at this Tequila’s for years. It’s never a disappointment. I always get either Chicken Cheese Fries or Chicken on the Beach. I enjoy the atmosphere and the quality of the food. The employees here are always friendly and respectful during my visits. I also love that the restaurant is by the railroad tracks. I highly recommend eating here if you visit Centralia. The photo shown is from my most recent visit, it’s the Chicken on the Beach.

Ate in Feb 2023 during the week at lunch hour. The food was very authentic. Very nice to have hot food served hot. Drinks were served quickly. Polite server. They tried to customize my order with spinach request but just didn’t have it. But they Did Try. Like that. Helps to be bilingual. But here, “gracias” to server Rudy. Wish I took photos but got involved with the food. Thank you.

We LOVE the waiters and waitresses; the food; and the Margaritas are amazing!!!! Only thing we don’t care for is that it is very loud!!! We usually eat there 2 times per week!
