Nicely updated since I was here last, glad to see it under new ownership. Had lunch here, ordered the Cuban and it was tasty and filling. Husband ordered the pulled pork, said it was good also. Prices are about right. Staff was friendly and enjoyed watching the birds and wildlife from the three season windows. Will definitely come back.

Bar and grill with a Supper Club menu. Good food for a good price. Prime Rib was tasty. Good selection of beers. Nice location. Lots of views of wildlife. We saw a woodchuck pass by as we ate. Turkeys deer and birds along with the typical complement of Minnesota gray squirrels. Staff is very friendly.

It was fine. I was a fan of the former restaurant, and was hoping for a family diner. The views are still fantastic. The menu is bar and grill. My burger was thin and over cooked, the parmesan fries lacked parmesan, so not off to a great start.. The water is well water. It was packed at noon on Saturday, and its the same rustic building which is nice, next to nothing new but some paint and TVs, and it completely lacks the sports bar vibe. The tag line should be deer and day drinkers.

Our usual spots in St.Peter were closed for July 5th holiday so we tried Neisens Riverside – what a pleasant surprise. Breakfast and Frisco burgers were great and so was flatbread pizza. Our server was on point too.

Reading enjoy this place. Has big bay windows or you can sit in room off the bar that has windows all the way around to enjoy nature. They also have a feeding area outside the big windows, so you can enjoy mother nature. If your lucky enough you may just find yourself paying more attention to the wildlife. Only down fall is your food gets cold cause your to busy watching the animals

Underwhelming and over priced. $10 for 6 frozen boneless wings that were no better than what comes in a TGI Fridays box at the grocery store? It’s very much a sports bar so maybe they expect you to be drunk enough to not care about the cost and quality of the food.
