I chose to dine in, but the experience was unpleasant due to the lack of cleanliness. Every single table was dirty, and the trash bins were completely overflowing. I had to eat at a dirty table, wiping it down myself with a napkin, which is unacceptable for a dining area.
On top of the dining-in issues, my fiancé had a mobile pickup order for just chips and queso, and it took 40 minutes past the scheduled time to be prepared. This kind of delay for a simple side item is a huge inconvenience.
While I don’t blame the employees who were working diligently, the management needs to staff this location appropriately and implement a better system for dining room maintenance and timely mobile order fulfillment. I truly hope this location improves because the quality of the ingredients is generally good, but the overall experience was severely lacking.
The brand main purports a freshness philosophy with the quick service in counter service model. Food is an updated version of mex food.
This particular branch is standard as most go. Tight and limited seating and clean as you go.
Ideal for takeaways and quick bites.
Ordered for pickup through Chipotle app for a 7:40 pickup. My order wasn’t ready until 8:30!! And the store was NOT busy, maybe 7 people max in line.
When I got my order, 10 to 15 other orders all came out at once. So meaning the orders were just sitting in the back area just getting cold. Why not just bring them out faster? There were a ton of people just waiting to pickup.
While waiting, I just went and waited in line, thinking I can just get my order fulfilled that way considering a couple of people were in line. But I. was refused, told not allowed, and kicked out of line.
The staff wasn’t that helpful but I’m not sure if they were frustrated themselves or something. Near the end, while helping people in line, the front cashier ignored me and told me my order wasn’t ready. But when the large batch of orders all came out, it turns out my order was already just sitting there behind him. So it’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored but later turning out my order was just there.
There was a table available when we arrived for lunch on a Saturday at 1 PM.
We had a bowl and added guacamole. The BBQ beef was quite good.
This location is a joke. At least communicate the situation during pickup.
