What a neat place! They have the best of both worlds: Sushi and tacos! They have an extensive menu with all sorts of tacos and sushi to choose from plus a few other things. The atmosphere is chill and artsy. The staff was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend the BlackBerry Jalapeno Margarita.

AMAZING!!!! My husband and I decided we will travel through Florence just so we can eat here!!! We did three tacos each so we could share and try more of the flavors. Everything was absolutely delicious. And the vibe was super fun. Our server, Liz, was top-notch. My hubs even left with a shirt. Huge fans. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve spent about a week eating around downtown Florence. Hands down, this was the best experience. The staff was the absolute best, everyone was extremely helpful and happy. No one ever had to wave down someone to help. Second, the food was amazing. The tacos are top tier, and the sushi rivals some of the best I’ve had all over North America. If you’re on the fence about trying this place, just do it. I guarantee you won’t regret it.

Sushi is so AMAZING! We rode our bikes here from the new trail head. The girl that worked the bar was our waitress and she was AWESOME and very helpful with the menu. There was a lot to choose from. Can’t wait to go back

Not just sushi and tacos: the best sushi and tacos in Florence, combined with incredible staff and wonderful regulars. Shout out to Sarah, the bestest bartender. I’ve never had a bad dish here, and when I witnessed someone unhappy with their meal, the staff was very happy to make it right. Personal recommendation, you can’t go wrong with the Al Pastor Bob tacos, or any of the poke bowls. That mac and chorizo is stellar too.

Had to try King Jefe Taco Bar in Florence, and it was definitely worth it! They offer a lot of unique twists on traditional Mexican food, and I was pleasantly surprised by their great selection of sushi as well. The fusion of flavors was really interesting and tasty. If you’re looking for something different but delicious, this spot is definitely a must-try

Decided to stop here before continuing our road trip and this had many good reviews so we decided to try it.
We originally stopped for the sushi but was told that they don’t serve them til 5pm and we arrived just after 3
Bur the employees were super friendly, and the place was nice and clean
The food on the other hand, me and my sister did not like them very much. The chips and queso was delicious but the two entrees we chose we were not a big fan of.
There were too many different tastes coming from just one dish and the corn (and I’m so sorry to say this) tasted like armpit
Also, I didn’t even touch the other taco and they still charged me for both.

I realllly wanted to like this place but overall it was just ok. When you read the items on the menu they sound innovative and tasty, but the quality of the fish was very average. Nice atmosphere and good service on a busy night though.

This place was a phenomenal hidden gem with the perfect food combo of Mexican and sushi!! Our experience at the bar was top notch, mostly due to the bartender Danny. The cocktail list is fantastic if tequila and mezcal are what you’re into. We would have tried everything on the menu if our appetites allowed. The Rising sun was our favorite taco. The tongue burner and fire & ice sushi rolls we would get again. More cocktails to try and laughs to be had. Cheers
