Great customer service and very clean, but unfortunately every time I get my usual iced coffee it taste more like watered down coffee and its the only Dunkin I’ve been to that consistently is that bad. It would get probably 5 stars if the coffee was made correctly. Maybe i keep getting the end of the coffee bag they replace, but every time? Hope they fix it cause its nice its right next to Walmart

Multiple times we have come here in the late morning and it’s usually not very busy. Maybe 3 cars in the drive through and emptyish lobby. But somehow they still manage to mess up orders, lattes with missing ingredients, burnt snacking bacon, ask for one item and are given another. I could understand if we came at peak busy hours but this is when it’s slow.

I wish I could give zero stars bc it doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!! The food was absolute garbage! My bagel had about a whole tub of cream cheese on it. The has brown 6 of them all stuck together tasted like cleaning products. The pumpkin donut had no glaze on it. And the pumpkin cold brew coffee doesn’t even touch Starbucks! I don’t understand what people love about this place. It’s horrible!

I kindly asked for an extra cream in my coffee. A girl with long brown hair and brown eyes gave a snarky smile looking at the person making my coffee. She proceeded to say something to the girl laughing. I threw the coffee away because I didn’t feel comfortable drinking it.

Every single time I come to this Dunkin there is a problem. They never answer the drive through speaker after dark, even after the new renovations. I feel like service has actually gotten worse. Go to the Dunkin on the other side of town, at least you will actually get served.

Really disappointing place, the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They always mess up my order one way or another. Staff is also very rude and immature. I pulled up to the window after ordering my ONE refresher. There were five employees inside and one car behind me and no customers inside due to the renovation. They were laughing, yelling, just being noisy and had loud music on. It took 5 minutes for an employee to even come up to the window, and when she did she was very rude and off putting. She didn’t even say hi, she gave me the straw in silence then walked away. I understand how busy fast food can get, I used to work fast food, but I waited 8 minutes for a medium refresher and they made it with the wrong base. I went back through the drive thru to tell them about the mistake and I was told to figure it out myself. Last time I go here. You need new staff.

I ordered a cake batter latte and received cream and cake batter flavoring. I asked for additional coffee to be added to my latte and was told I’d have to pay to have more coffee added. I paid for a latte not just cream and flavoring. I was very disappointed because I have never had issues with the Columbiana location. This location always puts too much cream in the coffee. They also didn’t give me a receipt because their machine was broken. Overall bad experience. I will not be back.

This place is a disgrace. Me and my boyfriend went there this morning and they not only messed up my coffee, but they never gave me my sandwich, they messed up the breakfast wraps, AND they said the front register wasn’t working. They could obviously use the one for the drive through, but she used the broken one anyways, and they said it never sent my order back. Even though she had the receipt that she could’ve handed to the chick making my food, but nope. They kept asking us 50 questions when they had the answer in their hand. Absolutely ridiculous. The fact that this place has bad reviews to begin with, just shut this disappointment down for good. There’s a better Dunkin not even 9 minutes away that’ll make more business and happy customers than this crappy place ever will. Pathetic. This place needs to do better.
