The drinks here are AMAZING! But if you are in a hurry you need to be somewhere by a decent time just be prepared to wait in line for 10+ minutes. The line hasn’t moved at all in quite along time and they only take drive through orders right at the window, NOT while your stuck in line. So it’s really good but it depends on the crazy long wait you’re willing to put up with.

It was my first time at this new place in Norfolk, and it was pretty cool. My daughter wanted to take me. All they serve is smoothies of every kind and flavor. They have a very large menu with descriptions and add ins. Energetic staff, very friendly and able to explain or recommend smoothies. It was an awesome experience, and I will definitely be going back. There is a drive-through, and I learned they have an app with an incentives program. My smoothie was delicious! I even tried a sip of my daughter’s and my friend’s, I was not disappointed, they were all delicious!

I’ve always loved Juice Stop smoothies—they’re my favorite! I order almost every week, usually through the app, and pick up my order at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, my experience today was not great.
When I arrived at the drive-thru window to pick up my order, the girl at the window rudely said, “DoorDash has to come inside,” and immediately shut the window. While it’s possible the rules have changed, her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for. I went inside to clarify, thinking perhaps I misunderstood. I asked her if the process had changed, just so I’d know for the future, but without even looking at me, she repeated, “DoorDash has to come inside.” I explained that I wasn’t DoorDash, and this was a personal order I placed through the app. She didn’t respond to that and continued being dismissive.
I then asked if she could scan my QR code for rewards, and she rudely said, “No, it doesn’t work with DoorDash.” Again, I’m not using DoorDash—I ordered directly through the app! The entire interaction was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and far from the excellent customer service I’ve come to expect from Juice Stop.
I love the smoothies, but this experience really disappointed me. Hopefully, this is addressed so others don’t have a similar experience.

Juice Stop is a fun option when needing a pick-me-up drink. Great flavors at a reasonable price.

When it comes to snacks and treats, drinks are my weakness, and Juice Stop is one of my favorite places for drinks. Unless there is a line you usually won’t wait for more than 2-5 minutes for your drink and they have tons of options to choose from.

Good drinks, drive through only, a little confusing using Google maps to get there, worker wasn’t very chatty. I liked it, you get your drink and go, good place to stop for a nice drink
