Our first visit to the new location in town. Little after 8 pm on a Friday. It was calm and quiet. No other customers when we arrived. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Our waitress, Lia, was friendly and helpful. When I asked if they had salad as a side (low carb diet) instead of hash browns she quickly offered to make me one, most ppl would have just said no we don’t have salads. As truck drivers, We’ve eaten in a lot of restaurants all over the country , so good service and a clean restaurant is always a welcome site. The young man at the grill did a very good job on our dinners. And when he wasn’t cooking, he was sweeping/cleaning his area. Good job guys.

I’m over 60 years old and just visited my first Waffle House. It was new and clean. The server, Ashley, was friendly and took great care of us. The food and coffee were delicious. Fantastic experience!

I order here alot and get the same dishes every time, and most of the time it’s wrong, under cooked bacon when asked for wellndone, no extra add ons to hashbrowns even tho requested. I find scrambled eggs and bell peppers scattered throughout my dishes even neither one if those items are in the dishes I ordered. Its honestly minor complaints, but these extra add ons requests being ignored and the random bits of food from someone else’s order being in my food is making me want to find a new favorite breakfast.

Have only ate inside 2 times and it was awesome but we do to go orders alot and this last time they forgot some of or food and we could not drive back to town bc of our vehicles. Tried calling the store and no way to speak to someone. Tried making a complaint on the app and that was just as difficult. They need to make it easier to get in touch with them over stuff like this. So basically I paid for food we didnt get and I even always tip them!

Friendly service. Even on Christmas Eve. Everyone was friendly and food was cooked perfectly. Wait staff and man greeting us was up beat and great. They went above and beyond to make us welcome and make sure we had everything we needed. We will go back!!

Went in sat down. Asked what we wanted to drink. Told them. Got it wrong. Then asked what we wanted. Told her we didn’t have menus yet. She said oh people usually know what they want. Then the bleach was poured right beside us. The fumes hurt my eyes. I clean with bleach but not while someone’s eating. Come on people. Do better.

I love Jalynn, Maggie, and Ray. They are the best third shift crew around!!! Come to THIS Waffle House in town. Store was immaculately clean. give servers a raise. Give em the tip!!! I sat down immediately and I had my food in five minutes.. amazing.

You usually have to expect mediocre service in a WH. After all, most of the wait staff are not pros. Most are folks who bounce from job to job in the service industry. Many are young and going through college.
So, yeah…service sucked. I sat around waiting for my iced tea to be filled for a long time. And while I waited, the staff got together and had a little chat about their good and bad customers over the past day. Nothing wrong with them talking, but my tea was empty.
And the tea was horrible, btw. Very weak. Alice’s Tea, they call it. I’m sure Alice made it better.
Otherwise, the place is fined. The hash browns and eggs were perfect.
It’s a new restaurant and still very clean.
I’ll be back.
