I recently visited a fantastic Italian restaurant with a fresh menu. I went with a party of eight, and we experienced consistent service throughout the meal. The timing of the food was perfect, and we never felt rushed. The dishes were flavorful and served hot, really hitting the spot.
I particularly enjoyed the chicken piccata; the balance of lemon was just right—definitely not overpowering. Our waitress was very kind and attentive, ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction.
The only downside was that the restaurant felt a bit warm. Overall, it was a wonderful meal, making it an excellent choice for special occasions, dates, or simply enjoying good Italian food.

Went to Da Edorado last night. We sat on the patio and it was very relaxing! We had Abe as our waiter and he was great. We got the calamari as our app and unfortunately we had to send it back due to it sitting in a pool of oil. We received a new one, and this one had way too much batter. If you look at our plates and in the bowl, you’ll see all the batter we had to take off. Abe was very accommodating and took it away because he saw we were not happy.
My friend got a dirty martini (the description says olive juice and blue cheese olives) and it came out with just Hendricks. Was a little confused by that but we sent it back and got a new one!
I got the house salad with chicken and she got the chicken Marsala – both were great.
We were there for 3 hours so definitely longer than we’d like – our dinner took quite a bit to come out.
I probably won’t be back but I appreciate Abe being very accommodating.

We celebrated a birthday here on a Thursday. (Ladies night out.) Vinnie was our waiter and he was great, fun, attentive, an all around professional. Our Hostess was friendly, the bus boy was great, got our water refilled, even volunteered to take our group photo, bring us bread, pretty much very attentive and kept an eye on our table. The food, oh my! it was amazing. I’d post a picture but we were too busy eating to take one! I had the Gnocchi and did not regret it! delicious! The wine selection has every price point and we were very pleased, even with a lower priced bottle. This place is an old school Italian restaurant and they know how to do it right.

I was hoping for truly authentic Italian food, but 3 out of 4 dishes didn’t fully meet our expectations. I grew up with an Italian grandma, so I’m a bit picky when it comes to Italian cuisine.
We tried three veal dishes — the meat was tender, but the lemon flavor was too strong and the Marsala was a bit bland.
On the positive side, the bruschetta and charbroiled steak were delicious, and the tiramisu was excellent. Service wasn’t unfriendly, just a bit rushed, and for the price we honestly expected more.

Food was delicious, service was great, venue is nice and intimate, however, they charge extra for everything…$8 to split a plate, $4 for the sauce for calamari, $21 to plate dessert that we brought, $1.50 for hot water….then they add 20% tip (on the inflated bill) for groups of more than 6 and ask if you want to add more. We were shocked when we received the bill. I won’t be back…

Celebrated my 50th Birthday here. Private room, great decor and food. I should have taken more pics of the food but I was in the moment. I ordered Meatballs and Bruschetta for the tables, which are a must have. Yummy!
First time visitor and I was not dissapointed. I took a risk and it was worth it. Bartender was great as well as the waitstaff.
If you want to really treat yourself to a upscale experience definitely try them out. I look forward to going back.

My husband and I have dined at Da Edoardo many times, and the food is always phenomenal. We are huge fans of the minestrone soup and the calamari , both are absolutely delicious. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. We once had the pleasure of meeting the owner at the Detroit location, and he was a very kind and personable gentleman. Even though we’ve moved away from the area, Da Edoardo will always be one of our top restaurants, and we always look forward to going back whenever we can.
