Every time they say it’s going to be 3 minutes to finish our food, it takes closer to 15 minutes. Also, they are frequently out of broccoli and kale for the power greens, which we love.
Went back again after a while. They had to cook mushroom chicken for use when we ordered to go 40 minutes prior. We sat waiting in the parking lot for the notification that it was ready. Gave up. Went to the drive through. They didn’t have it ready for our kid’s meal. The offered too replace it with beef and broccoli. We got 4
pieces of broccoli and a nibble of beef. Burned Rangoon. They offered us a side item for our trouble. We asked the apple rolls. We got a bunch of apple chips. No sauces, which we had on the online order we put in. Plenty of fortune cookies and zero eating utensils and napkins.
I don’t know why we keep going back.

I recently moved to Tennessee and this is the closest panda to me. I had the worst panda express I have ever had by a long shot. A few weeks later I craved panda again and figured I’d give this location another shot. In my mind there was no way that my previous visit was how things go there and I must have gotten them at their worst. Nope, second time was only marginally better and I threw the meal away just like the first time. Craving panda I decide to go there AGAIN. Same result. Food I couldn’t even finish. This place is such a disgrace to all the panda expresses locations. I suggest they completely retrain their kitchen staff because it’s obvious they do not know how to cook the food properly. I will never give this place another visit.

This Panda Express was pretty good..Got a to go for around $15..The staff were proactive but difficult to understand. The place was noisy and parking cramped and dofficult..Above average.

i’ve been to other panda locations in the past, but this one seems to be the worst i’ve been to. every time i go the food just tastes really old and isn’t even warm sometimes.

I’ve tried giving this location a few more chances, but i feel like it’s gotten significantly worse. The food has black chunks in it, which I can guess is due to not cleaning the woks. There’s always at least half a cup of oil at the bottom of the plate when I’m done. Nice staff but this place really needs to get audited by corporate

We received our bowls without any meat! Your supposed to get rice or chow mein with a protein . We waited 25 minutes in our car for them to tell us they were waiting on chicken to be grilled? But, we did not receive any meat at all? I have pictures but it will not allow me to upload for some reason. Service is slow and the people are not very nice. Getting a refund!

Today I ordered the beef broccoli with a side of fried rice. The guy asked me what would I like as my second MEAT of choice and I said just double the beef and broccoli.
WHAT I GOT INSTEAD, WAS CRUMBLED UP PIECES OF BEEF SO INCREDIBLY UNBELIEVABLE THAT I HAD TO TAKE A PICTURE OF IT AND ALSO I CALLED TO REPORT MY ORDER. MAYBE THE PERSON MAKING MY DISH THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FUNNY TO GIVE ME A SPOONFUL OF BEEF.
This is so ridiculous because after getting home thinking that I could have dinner this is what I’m left with. I’m so pissed. I just really want to throw this in the trash. Also, they gave me 12 packets of chilli sauce!!!!
If you’re trying to save money, maybe just maybe you could put more beef in the dish and give out 2 to 3 packets of sauce.
I wish I had paid for this with my credit card because I would definitely definitely deny the charge!!!!!!

First time it happened I let it slide, everybody has a down night. I probably shouldn’t have but I’ve allowed myself to recognize a pattern. Two times in a row they’ve sent the bottom of the pan, cold, old, trash food. The also don’t make any attempt to make sure you even got the right food. They just slap whatever in a bag and sent it out the door. Spend your money elsewhere.

I usually enjoy myself a panda experience once in awhile but as other have said this location seems to be going down like the hindenburg in a crash and burn fashion. The rice I got was inedible guessing it was old and cooked in dish water. Also agree cooperate need to make a surprise vist and see if they can’t get this location back on track and up to panda standards in my opinion.
