I came back for the second time after 6 months without visiting the place. Wow, the Birria Pizza!!! I LOVED THE NEW MENU!!! The service was super fast and very friendly!!! Really, congratulations! Although the other visit was good, this time I was delighted. I will definitely come back. The girls at the next table ordered a Margarita Flights drink and it looked amazing, and they seemed to really enjoy it.

The first time i went there i was prepared for yummy delicious Mexican food. I got some queso, a chicken quesadilla, and rice and beans. I went to my friends and while i was walking her dog i started getting this horrible stomach pain. As we arrive back at her house I run to the toilet cause I feel like im about to explode. I sit down and almost immediately i start to poop. and it’s not just normal poo it’s like a chocolate milkshake. once it starts it doesn’t stop. I’m holding on for dear life and this went on for what felt like for an hour. After this experience i make sure I never go back because of the pain it caused, but my brother really wanted to go for dinner one night i went and thought maybe i just had a bad stomach ache that night, but as im done eating my food i realize that’s not the case. I get home and once i land on the toilet once agian it’s like a brown waterfall. It was equally as bad as the last time and the thing that makes this strange is that this never happens to me at other mexican restaurant. And i’m usually constipated so it’s kinda hard for me to get motion, if you know what i mean. The staff was really nice though and if i ever want to lose weight i will go back. happy poopings!!

Solid choice for Tex mex. The queso was perfection and our server was the sweetest. They offered us extra salsa as soon as they brought us our first round of chips and salsa. This is now my go to spot!

Got there with my wife. I ordered a plate with a taco, cheese enchalada, beans, and rice. The food was all good. Even the salsa was good. Mexican food is pretty basic and never really amazing that I have had. But this was as good as any Mexican food I have had anywhere. The service was excellent. The place was fairly quiet and the ambiance was nice. I would go back.

If you’re hungry, don’t go. If you’re in a hurry, don’t go. The Chicken was the same thickness as a tortilla chip. Obviously, they are on the budget. Also, if you’re thirsty, don’t go we ordered a ginger ale: She said no , we ordered ginger beer: she said no ,we ordered an IPA. She said no …she said the bar is almost empty.

Fabulous experience! We got the Popeye Dip, which was amazing!! A gentleman, who I assume is the Manager, stopped at our table to ask us if we wanted the Wheat chips that came with the Popeye Dip. We were a little confused because our server had brought out more corn tortilla chips. We answered the manager that we would like to try the wheat chips. He came right out with them and apologized that we didn’t receive them sooner. Game changer!! Amazing chips to go with this amazing dip. Even more amazing service! Thank you sir, for being observant and noticing that something wasn’t right. Thank you for going above and beyond to make it right! We’ll definitely be keeping this restaurant in our rotation. Thanks again!

My husband and I wanted something different so we googled and went to a restaurant called Carreta’s Grill. We thought it may be like la Carrera in tangipahoa parish. To our delight it was not. The skirt steak was perfectly marinated so tender and tasted amazing. Not the cheap cut of meat I have grown accustomed to with other Mexican restaurants. They had a waitress (Ashlyn)there that was amazing as well. We watched as a customer was snippy for no reason ordering her around like she was her personal slave and Ashlyn handled it like a champ very sweet and accommodating. The assistant manager was also extremely nice and knew they had an awesome waitress too. I will definitely be back. This is a most go..

My wife and I ordered chicken burritos with queso. Each burrito was over $16.50. First the quality was terrible (see picture) and did not include rice or beans. I called the restaurant to confirm and they advised our order, confirmed by name, did not include any sides. I got two of these burritos for $50.00. Absolutely ridiculous.

The food is terrible. Not one other customer was there when my party arrived and it still took awhile to get our food. That should have been my sign that the food wasn’t good. I had 2 bites of my food and was done. Everything was bland, nothing tasted fresh, chips were stale, just not good. Not to mention it’s overpriced for little portions.
