I know that Wendy’s is “just a fast food burger and chicken place,” but this one has proven to be extra special. Several months prior to opening, the store manager began to introduce herself and provide updates to the community leading up to the soft opening in grand opening. Her name is Cheryl, and she has been the most amazing ambassador for Wendy’s, showing how much she loves the company and her team. I have been there now to try a breakfast, lunch, and dinner over the last few weeks, and the staff and food have been good each time, which is pretty impressive given the fact that it has only been open a very short period of time. Congratulations to Cheryl and her team for a wonderful start, and I wish you continued success in the weeks, months, and years ahead…

Service here is very inconsistent. Some days it’s fine, but other days it’s terrible. I use the app for rewards, but for some reason they never want to honor my free reward when I try to redeem it. The service is also extremely slow. I’ll place my order and pull up to the window, and the employees are just standing around talking while there’s a car waiting. I understand this location is fairly new to the area, but the lack of urgency and customer service is honestly frustrating.

The manager this evening made a mistake, took ownership and immediate action to rectify it. She also went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I wish I would have grabbed her name. The food was really fresh, hot and tasted great. Despite the challenges of a busy evening running the drive through the manager on duty handled it like a boss!
