I stopped here for lunch and it was the worst meal I’ve had in a very long time!!!! I waited almost 30 minutes for it and it was horrible, I wanted extra crispy but they past the original off and called it extra crispy .. chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way.. chicken was still bloody, the whole service sucked!!! I will never go back!! And I advise others not to waste your hard earned money there!!!!

All the money remodeling and looking forward to the reopening led to a huge disappointment. Soda spills on the floor, broom leaned up against the drink dispenser, employees yelling, skimpy on the toppings, and getting orders wrong leave a lot to be worked on! Some workers were toothless and unkempt. Don’t see this location lasting long.

Total trash. Tenders the size of nuggets. Flabby skinned blonde chicken. RAW chicken. All this after waiting outside for about 20 minutes for them to bring it out. Unacceptable for KFC. They need to clean house and start over. Literally had to throw it in the trash. Gross.

Always get the big box. But girl at the register said I couldn’t have breast wing and leg. Had to have 2 breast and a wing. Got home two thighs and a half wing. Won’t go back to that location again. My husband hates thighs. To far to go back. And the chicken was greasy. Never had that problem before.

The staff may be young but at least they are working an honest job. I may have had to wait several minutes for my order but at least my food was hot and fresh. While sitting inside waiting for my order, I was sickened by the amount of people coming in and complaining to the young workers when they were doing everything within their ability to prepare food as quickly as possible. Some people are just miserable and try to make those around them equally miserable. I don’t know all of your names, but I want to say thank you for your diligent work and the smiles that you kept on your faces.

I usually refrain from poor reviews. But when I give them, its not after the first time and I give my context as well. Check my other google reviews if you don’t believe me. This particular KFC has been out of extra crispy chicken the last 5 times I have gone. 3 of those 5 they were also out of a side that I wanted and the fountain machine was out of ice. The sides were different each time. Fortunatly I eat all of the sides, so picking something else isn’t difficult. The bathrooms are locked and you need to ask for assistance when you need to use them. This is not entirely the store’s fault. It’s likely due to the location and things that are done in the bathrooms when they’re left open for general use. Why do I go back, you may ask. It’s simple convenience and no other answer.

I came in around 7pm and placed my order at one of the 2 kiosks displayed. As I waited for my order, there were 3 young people, who appeared to work here, (1 male and 2 female) but were maybe off the clock, along with one who was on the clock, as she had a headset on. As I walked towards the counter to collect my food, I heard the male make a rude remark about my physical appearance, although I’m sure he didn’t think I heard him. Didn’t really help that proceeded to stare at me and laugh, along with the manager who, didn’t laugh but just stared. Now, I hardly expect anyone to really do anything in regards to my experience. But my goodness, it takes nothing to just be kind to people, or just don’t say anything at all. I didn’t speak the whole time, except to say thank you .

I have loved kfc for many many years but after today’s visit never again will I give my money to a business that treats a loyal customer the way I was treated today . The lady was so rude from the moment we entered the store . I placed an order on my app as I always do . When I got to the restaurant an entered the store the lady right away says my truck didn’t come so we can’t make what you ordered you can ask for a
Refund so I said okay an looked on app to do that an there is no option to request a refund so she was asked could she help an then she got more rude an said this is why I don’t use the online ordering an refused to help get a refund she said well I will just make it how I can an continues to say your gonna get two buns with two strips of chicken on it an that is exactly what she did so instead of me getting the spicy chicken sandwich I got two chicken strips slapped on buns gobbed with mayo . Never got the biscuit she said they was out didn’t get the sweet tea they was out paid 4.29 for a large fry an the fry they gave me were so old an burnt an only was half filled so paid for that for nothing the fry’s an sandwich went in the trash an I called customer service just to complain because this is not the way any customer should be treated . Not that they care . Customer service gave me a partial refund so they say I will have to wait 72 hours to see an I told them I will never in my life go to kfc again a that’s it … they will care when the business is no longer in service because they treat customers like crap ..
