I placed an order online for a French dipper with light garlic aïoli. I went to pick it up and got home and saw that it was filled with so much aïoli it was honestly disturbing and seemed intentional. It was spilling out of the sides of the sandwich, was just a mess and overall inedible for me. I called the store and spoke to a lady who identified herself as manager (who didn’t give me her name) was extremely rude and wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and I will not be returning. She offered a refund and literally hung up on my face. If I had her name I would put it here. It’s unfortunate to receive this type of service at one of the nicer locations, but I can assure you that I will not be returning here.

As usual everything was perfect! I was at the location just before lunch menu was changing from breakfast.l was a little sad that there were no more souffles but I do know that they’re good and they’re gone everyday. The new breakfast sandwich was good.

What can I say beside mmmh!
The food here is really great and the place is always clean! The workers are nice and always offer more. The place has lots of seating and is easy to get in and out of. There is also outdoor seating so on nice days you can sit out and enjoy there. I recommend this location because it’s near shopping and it is always clean.

HORRIBLE TRAUMATIC experience!! I placed an online order that somehow never showed on their end of the system! I was asked for my order number and proof of purchase even going as far as wanting to see the email which I showed proof of everything several times. The store manager let me know that its not in the system after me proving that I did indeed ordered at this location. She went ahead after about 15mins. and taking screenshots of the order off of my phone and had the line cooks to prepare my order. I received it still upset went and picked it up off the counter. Then I hear the line cook say your welcome! Mind you Ive visited this location several times she never speaks all you get is an eye roll and your bag thrown on the counter so I assume the Your welcome was her way of poking the bear seeing that Im already upset about having to prove over and over that I did indeed ordered online. I will NEVER visit this location again and do NOT recommend it at all felt totally discriminated against! I am a Law abiding tax paying citizen just like anyone else who enters their establishment. Didnt eat the food because if the person preparing it attitude is that nasty no way Im trusting that…

Keke was the best! I love her smile! So nice and inviting. Give her a raise.

I’m not necessarily a fan of their bread but love the baguettes and croissants. Chicken and wild rice is the best soup ever!

Green goddess salad wouldn’t be my go to unless I was on keto… but I am and it’s delicious. I do love how they cook their chicken. IRS always so soft and never dry.

I like Panera and have been coming to this location for years. Spacious, clean and plenty of seating. Menu is broad and there is kiosk ordering or online. My favorite is the full apple chicken salad, which I really enjoyed with my side of Baguette. Plenty of coffee to choose from and selection of cold drinks as well. Enjoy!

I was at the Bay Shore location for lunch on Monday, 9/15 and when I went to pick up my food from the counter, I was kind of struggling to hold it all, I needed 3 hands. The wonderful young man behind the counter (I didn’t catch his name) saw my struggle and kindly offered to help carry it to my table. I’ve never received such kind service at any other Panera I’ve been to, I never expected his help, I knew I could manage it. So I laid down my pride, accepted his help and when we got to my table, he said “Let us know if you need anything else.” This just made my whole day <3 as I was secretly sad about the state of the world and all the shootings lately, but there was kindness and love displayed through this human being. :) I'll never forget it.

I hate giving the 2 stars but let me explain. I really wanted to give 1 star but the food saved that idea. Panera is extremely overrated. It’s ridiculously expensive- $35 for 2 salads and a soup. I got go to a legitimate sit-down, waiter restaurant and pay less. The service was terrible- I had 2 gift cards to use and one had “expired”. Excuse me, I didn’t realize gift cards could expire. We ordered 2 Southwest Caesar salads with chicken and they informed us they didn’t have avocado. Well, I asked if we could substitute something for that. She listed some items and I said edamame, thinking it was a substitute in place of them not having an ingredient— nope, she charged me for that!!! Unbelievable. Will not be back- probably to any Panera Breads in the near future or just never.

This is supposed to be a Toasted Garden Caprese. What I got was an overly dressed soggy mess that was not even salvageable to eat. Now I am out $10. That is green lettuce on a supposedly toasted sandwich,that does not look like arugula to me. Always, always check your order before you leave. I would give 0 stars if I could. Disappointed and still hungry…

I have never came to this one and thought it will be a good mother and daughter day time and when I came in there was a line but it want fast and when I was ordering the younge and sweet employee where really caring and when I want to get a cookie for my little one they ask me if my child had any Allergies and look up the Recipe to make sure that there is no Peanuts ingredients in there and they found out there is none and I was so moved that they did that I ordered 2 Broccoli cheddar soup with a cookie and a Cinnamon bun and one small hot chocolate and a caramel latte all for 24.00 with tip it was $27.94 and did I say the employee was so nice and helpful this place will be my place to go for now on and the Atmosphere is really relaxing easy place to go and get some work done ✔
