We take the simple and, sometimes boring, breakfast sandwich and pack it with delicious and innovative flavors that are guaranteed to start your morning off right. Running with the philosophy of food cooked fresh and from scratch, we make all of our sauces in house, grind our own sausage, chorizo, and brisket burger patties, peel and cook our own potatoes, and source our Japanese milk buns and English muffins from a local bakery.
Trendy spot offering traditional breakfasts with a twist using locally sourced ingredients.

The workers are also so nice even though they’re so busy, they gave me recommendations on the menu and helped bring the food out to me since I ordered so much. My go to brunch spot now!
The place wasn’t crazy busy but it had a steady flow of customers. The lady who helped me was super nice and took the time to explain popular items and her personal recommendation for my first visit. She went above and beyond with the menu. I was very appreciative.
I ordered:
1. Breakfast burrito w/ applewood smoked bacon and sausage: It was love at first bite. It had a perfect balance of everything. This is really all you need to start your day or go back to sleep.
2. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich: I enjoyed the thick pieces of bacon, be careful the egg might pop. I didn’t mind when it did. It made the sandwich even better with the ketchup and fluffy bread.
3. Beer battered potatoes: Super crunchy. Texture was different from french fries, it’s like a cross between french fries and onion rings.
I can’t wait to come back and try the mixed berry waffle and other breakfast or lunch items.
☕️ Hot Drip Coffee – Coffee is a little on the bitter side but pairs nicely with breakfast.
The Breakfast Poutine (Beer Battered potatoes, buttermilk popcorn chicken, country sausage gravy, poached fresh-cracked egg, cheddar jack, roasted pepper chimichurri, chives) – I love poutine so I definitely had to get this! It did not disappoint! The potatoes are crispy and the gravy is lusciously thick. Egg was perfectly poached with a nice running yolk.
☕️ Cold Brew Coffee – A little on the bitter side for a cold brew. Added agave syrup and cream to balance it out.
The Truffle Crunch Burger (Certified angus beef, sharp cheddar, arugula, white truffle spread, crispy fried onion, smoked jalapeño, ketchup, toasted milk bun) – Truffle aroma is strong which I love but didn’t really taste it. Burger was a little dry but that cheddar cheese made up for it. It had a sharp cheddar flavor along with a creamy texture. I could eat that cheese forever!
Ribeye Steak & Egg (Thin-sliced ribeye asada, sharp cheddar, fresh-cracked over medium egg, lemon dressed arugula, caramelized onions, roasted pepper chimichurri, smoked paprika spread, toasted milk bun) – This sandwich is full of flavor! It’s like having steak & eggs breakfast in a bun. And the bun… fabulous! It was toasted perfectly for a little crunch yet pillowy on the inside. And that cheddar cheese… Can’t wait to order this again with the Breakfast Poutine!
Probably the best fries I’ve had and I’m sad cause I’m not local to these!
I tried the chorizo hash and the egg was perfect.
Was so good that I had to come back the next day and had the sausage, cheese and egg sandwich which was also amazing!!!
I wanted to come back and try the burrito but ran out of time.
One thing wasn’t a fan of the OJ but the food makes up for it!
Will deff be back whenever I’m in SoCal.
