My brothers and I walked into sonic and are order was taken rather quickly. 15 minutes later and still no drinks, I asked for a refund and that took another 5 minutes. We saw 3 employees in the store, one was on their phone, another was working on fixing a computer, and the other was making burritos and hashbrowns.

They pretty much always got my order right, just seemed like sometimes they’d put way to much peach in slushy or not enough. 8/30 The young guy that took our order was pretty nice. He was sweet with my grandkids. He was definitely pretty talkative lol. Sorry I didn’t get his name

Ordered in the app. Came inside to pick up the order, rang the doorbell on the counter, and no one came. Finally some going on break came out. He said they didn’t see me and went and got my order. Nice place if they had better service.

I rarely leave reviews for fast food chains, but this one is definitely an exception! Not only was the food well prepared and tasty, but what truly impressed me the most were the employees. Everyone was well dressed, neat and clean. I never saw an employee just standing around. They were wiping tables, sweeping the floor, walking the grounds picking up trash, etc. Always hustling. That is a testament to the managers efforts. I even saw him run to deliver an order to an RV while we were there. He and his employees understand that it isn’t “just a job at a fast food restaurant.” A person learns life lessons regarding work and relationships that will benefit them throughout the rest of their life. If I lived closer I would have made an effort to steal some of his people.

We are avid sonic lovers and visit multiple locations in the area often in fact, weekly. This was hands down the worst sonic experience I’ve ever had. From the service, to the employees. I as well as the other guests in line were shocked. We will not be returning to this location anymore.

The place is a dump, kids were running in and out of the kitchen, workers were just giggling with each other. The service is terribly slow (sat in the drivethru for 15 min, wish I was joking!) and IF you manage to get the food you ordered, it’s dripping in grease(my burger was literally dripping, I like grease but that was nasty).
Not to mention that there are literally residential houses all around this place, there’s NO parking except for regular vehicles…no room for trailers or semi’s

My son and I sat in the drive thru lane for 25 minutes. I didn’t even get all the food that I ordered. I was missing fries from my meal. I didn’t go back because I didn’t want to wait another half hour.
