I was in there yesterday and the sweet southern woman, I think her name is Katrina. SHE IS AMAZING. She greeted us with a smile talked to me as if I was a long lost friend. My my whole experience better. More people should be as polite like her. I will definitely come back.

My brother and I visited yesterday afternoon, and my stars was it busy. It was incredible to see everyone working as a team. Food was incredibly delicious. The southern woman (looked like the boss)that was there was very polite. Offered refills and was laughing with us and other guests. She was the best I’ve seen. We will definitely be back

I ordered a chicken tenders meal. They made the tenders fresh but had the fries sitting there. I usually get fresh fries from this place so one time messing up isn’t a big deal. I just suggest the they drop the chicken then the fries soon after and it’ll be great again.

I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Then I waited another 20 minutes at the window for my food. I got a root beer float that had hardly any ice cream in it. The lady never said anything. Just barely opened the window. Very disappointed especially for spending almost $40.

I don’t think it is the fault of the person that took our order, I think it’s probably a lack of employees. Two cars in front of us with smaller orders. Took at least 15-20 minutes. Would have just waited for Culver’s if knew would take so long. It makes sense now why the A&W line was so short. People in the area probably know better. We just wanted a burger before a drive home from a gymnastics meet. Combo size sodas are the size of children’s drinks at most places. Was all a bummer.

My experience here was amazing, the staff was very kind and welcoming. The store brought an old time feeling to the atmosphere, the music was nice and kid friendly. The food was amazing and delicious, it was a bit of a wait but that’s because they were so busy, all in all it was an amazing experience and I’ll definitely be coming back.

My wife and I and daughter were at the Appleton North football field watching football for about 4 hours on October 4th 2025. We went into the A&w on Calumet and there was a young lady behind the counter when we walked in and she walked out the back and her and everybody in there walked out there and were smoking and looking in the windows at us while we stood in there waited to be waited on for 10 minutes. Needless to say it wasn’t long and we went down the road to Culver’s I was very disappointed and I don’t believe I’ll be coming back to any of the A&w restaurants anytime soon.
