We ordered two meals, total came out to over &30, and waited 20 minutes. The people behind the counter had placed it in a bag and then left it and forgot to give it to us. When I asked for them to please make the sandwiches again so they would be fresh, the man balked at me, handed me the sandwiches, then snatched them back out of my hand and told me he was just letting me feel them to show me they were fresh, before re-bagging the now squished sandwiches and handing them to me while giving me looks the whole time. Worst service, refuse to come back.

TL;DR: Go home, make your own sandwich blindfolded and with one hand tied behind your back. You’ll save yourself a bunch of money and have a more edible sandwich.

I always order an extra pickle spear but they only give 1. It even says on the receipt. I know they see it but just refuse to give extra. I know its not a coincidence because it happened on multiple occasions. It can’t be that hard. Cmon

Firehouse use to be a fav but lately this place has been slacking. Between the short dismissive customer service and always waiting a long time, and usually forgetting something. How do you forget the au jus sauce for a French dip? And tonight the pickles were horrible. They were disgusting.

It was our first time ordering and eating from here. I placed our pickup order online via Doordash. We ordered the loaded baked potato soup with bacon & onion added, the BBQ Cuban, the Pepperoni pizza sub and a chocolate chip cookie. We received updates from doordash on our order status.
The food was hot and ready upon arrival. I was greeted warmly upon entry to the store. They confirmed if, I was there for pick up or if I was right there to place an order. I confirmed that I had a pickup order, and they provided me with my order that was hot and fresh.
The BBQ Cuban is my absolute favorite so far. The baked potato soup was good. The pepperoni pizza sub was delicious and my daughter enjoyed it. It was a nice touch to put the cookie on top of the soup container, and it was warm and melty by the time it was ready to be eaten.
I would highly recommend coming here to eat. I know that we will be back to try more menu items.

I have the app,it was convenient, only thing, I ordered the combo the person didn’t give me the cups. I had to asked her where’s my cups, so she looked back at the order. The thing is I shouldn’t have to asked.

I get off of work and decided to get a sub before I go home. I paid 21$ for a sub that didn’t have the right ingredients on it. I didn’t add or take anything off just ordered it as is on the menu. I get home and notice and when I called to tell them, they said I would have to save the sub and bring it back to them to get a replacement as I was not loading up the kids and going back up there today for that. I feel that is ridiculous. The man remembered me as I just left from there and coming home after working 12 hrs to a meal I paid for that was made incorrectly ,I am supposed to save it and bring it back to get what I ordered correctly. I told him I am hungry and not driving back up there tonight and he said per policy I need to save the product til the next day to get what I was originally supposed to get in the first place. Thanks for ruining this place for me as I will not be going back after this.
