When I arrived I asked for a desert menu and was greater with someone yelling obscenities and complaining that they were about to close (I had no idea). It was so off-putting I decided not to get anything.

Burger was not prepared how I asked. I wouldn’t have gone here if I wasn’t staying at the hotel.

Got two bottles of cheap Freakshow Zin that retails for $15 in the stores and was charged $75 per bottle! I expected probably $30 since its a Hotel but 75 is robbery! Tax and service charge came to $183.00 for 2 wines that should have cost 30.00. Even the poor bartender was embarrassed when she handed me the bill, she said “don’t look”. Tried to dispute the bill later but they basically said “Hey you signed for it” well ok, I will never be back again or recommend this Hotel to anyone ever. Thanks Quadruple Tree!

Breakfast buffet is adequate but overpriced at $30. I would expect a waffle and omelet station for the price alone. One tray on the buffet line is filled with syrup, should’ve had an actual FOOD item in it!

Slowest service ever. Workers do not acknowledge you. I waited 20 minutes after being sat to order my food then another 35 minutes to get my coffee and at the 45 minute mark after being sat my food came out. So about an hour for eggs and coffee with about 10 people here whi h is low capacity. I saw 5 staff. This place sucks. Food sucks coffee was not good;maybe it was sitting for a few hours. I do not recommend.

Went to get some food for my room. Stood around for 10 minutes, no one acknowledged I was there. Finally someone comes out and tells me they aren’t taking anymore food orders for the night?!?! At 8:10pm. They close at 10pm.

Hours on Google are wrong. Correct are 6am -2pm and 5pm-10pm. Portions are good size even if the price is a little high for breakfast, but food is good. Seriously bummed there’s not a Bloody Mary on the menu, even though the hotel has a bar.

We arrived thinking that at 133/night would mean that there would be more amenities than literally just a pool. This hotel is nice and the staff for the most part is very friendly. However, our room is clean but there is a bunch of marks on the wall and weird jelly like substance on one of the pictures that are hung.
We ordered food via room service and they brought the wrong meal, then after I called to inform them they did not even ask what the right meal was. Finally, after the right food arrived it was cold. And over priced. Ten bucks a night for parking too.
This hotel is not that nice. It is decent but I’d rather stay even at a best western. Very disappointed. Two starts cos front staff is nice and bartender in restaurant was nice.

This establishment is just fine for its location and purpose.
(8 am. on a Sunday morning)
Maybe the breakfast menu is a bit limited, but that’s it. There are plenty of friendly employees on hand to work the restaurant.

Compare this to a small Dennys. (…Denny’s are often understaffed, overworked, and have unsavory customers at times.)

We stayed there under current construction it will be nice once it’s done. The restaurant serves pretty hood food. I personally liked the skillet platter, a must try….give it a shot!
