Definitely not impressed. Waited at least 10 minutes at our table before being acknowledged. Ordered a coffee and then continued waiting to place our order. I ordered two sides – an egg and home fries. The egg was unseasoned….they did have sticky salt and pepper shakers at the table ..ew. The home fries were very firm with very firm bell peppers and soft onions. Those I enjoyed. Management needs to recognize that there is no website or updated Facebook to tell holiday hours. Employees really shouldn’t put the blame on customers calling all morning wondering if they’re open New Year’s Day.

Good place for a safety meeting. Just kidding, we took the crew out for a birthday breakfast. Lots of food, portions are large and prices are fair. I didn’t see any cowgirls working but the place was decorated well and the cowboys whipped up a mean breakfast. Definitely a greasy spoon style restaurant. Clean multi unit restrooms available.

We eat at the Cowgirl Cafe often. The food is just wonderful every time whether it’s breakfast or lunch, and the wait staff couldn’t be more competent or friendly. It’s a perfect dining experience in a casual diner.

Stopped here for breakfast on my way home to Sacramento. Cute cafe with lots of art and old school cowgirl decor. I loved it. Food was good and service was amazing too! Would definitely go back.

Can handle larger groups. The regular waitress is very attentive and excellent at her job. Most important is food is prepped as ordered!

Oh my gosh, what a nightmare! It was after my brother’s middle school graduation and we went to Cowgirl Cafe for brunch there wasn’t a whole bunch of people there and only four people were working in the entire cafe. It took our food 45 minutes! To come out we were going to go to San Luis Obispo since it was packed but unfortunately, the lady said oh no your food will be coming! My dad got a burger and gave him less than 10 fries and somehow my mom a sandwich and she got like 30 fries! I don’t get don’t these people not proportion sizes I got an omelet and OMG it was terrible. How did these people how do the workers not know what was happening in their community? My mom and dad said this would be the last time were ever coming here!

We stopped in for breakfast not expecting much. What a pleasant surprise! The service was top notch and the food tasted home-cooked. I had a spinach/mushroom/artichoke omelette. The artichokes weren’t just chopped up in the eggs, they were hearty. My partner’s pancakes were fantastic. We both got grits on the side, an uncommon treat. The coffee was perfect. I know people are eating out less these days but I hope the community keeps this gem in business for a long time.
