I quit going there for nearly two years because the food was so bad and they NEVER give you everything you order. I had to drop off my vehicle early this morning and I decided to give them another try since it had been awhile. I got a #8 (biscuit and gravy meal). Got my food and parked near the service station. Opened the bag, no hash brown. Money stolen. Theres no telling how much they’ve stolen from me over the years. Then, the gravy was 100% spoiled. It had the taste of sour white glue. Just awful. Thats it for me, I will NOT be coming back to that location ever again.

The people who work here show exactly why fast food workers deserve minimum wage. They can’t get an order right and would rather make you go through a drive thru again then fixing it while your at the window. I’m assuming to probably try and make there terrible drive thru times look better.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I really think it’s just the management, but they never have mocha frappes. After trying for over a month to get one, at first the machine pump wasn’t working, and now that they’ve fixed it, they say they’re out of it. So either the manager isn’t ordering it or the employees just don’t want to make it. But they can make caramel frappes, though. It’s laziness and terrible service. The food is always cold, and the fries aren’t salted and are dry. The only good time to come is during breakfast, any other time is just a waste of your money. I know I’m not the only one who thinks this, but I thought I should just leave a review because it’s ridiculous.

I went through the drive thru, and had ordered two ten pieces meals. I had ordered bbq with those, and there were none. I called and I was told by the manager Nate that they were out, if that were the case wouldn’t they tell me at the speaker? I found out there was bbq in stock. Stop lying to the customers to save time! It’s ridiculous.

Every time we’re here our food is wrong. This time our fries were cold, and my deluxe crispy chicken sandwich had been sitting out so long, it’s literally discolored. Looks burnt or something idk. Everyone except the girl in the red and the bagging area was decent. She was absolutely rude.

Every time I order a quarter pounder, there is never tomato and lettuce. Even if I specify. The burger comes with lettuce and tomato so there is no reason to omit them except the cooks don’t know how to do their job.

Very disappointed in the Liberty ky McDonald’s they didn’t even give us our food forgot big Mac and didn’t even give us one of our big Mac meals and plus it was cold and they gave us unsweetened tea and it was supposed to been sweet tea and a orange pop instead of coke and plus didn’t even give us my little girls chocolate milk so very unhappy with them and I won’t be back and they was rude

Ordered a quarter pounder and 1 of my burgs was ripped up in pieces and put on the bun and the cheese was melted to my box instead of my burger, they also never have frappes they always say they are out or something is broke with the machine, breakfast is good here but night shift sucks, i would really like to get in contact with someone who can explain what’s going on with there frappes cause I want them to know that they never have them I also love how they advertise new stuff they never have hands down worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to they need new management
