This establishment was very clean and open. Customer experience was excellent. Never had oxtail and just beginning my Jamaican cuisine journey and left allowed me to sample oxtail and was great. So I ordered curry chicken and large oxtail. Great food and outstanding customer experience. Looking forward to the next time. Appreciate the notes on the containers. Nice touch.

Finally got around to trying this place. Didn’t have time to dine in so I just got some pasties to go. They were great! I got the beef and cheese, the curry chicken, and the jerk chicken.

The curry and jerk had a good amount of heat without being overwhelming. It’s probably a medium level for most people.

The beef with cheese was very tasty with no heat. So if you want to avoid spicy try this one.

The staff were very friendly and the place was nice and clean. There was no wait when I went there.

Just amazing atmosphere. To top it off, the customer service 2as just great and the food taste outstanding. I knew walking up, this restaurant was going to be it. You could smell the food from the outside. The young ladies and their father, were engaging and friendly. I felt like family.

Thank you and you definitely have repeat customers in my family!

Good good, friendly service, and a clean bright atmosphere.
The Fried Okra was crisp, lightly breaded and the sauce it came with was surprisingly sweet. I came in on a Friday and all 3 of their specials that day were out which was a shame. I got the Garlic Parmesan Wings and they were really good. I’d have loved for them to also be mixed with Hot Sauce, but that wasn’t an option. The Jamaican Pineapple Soda was good too. Other than the fried food, a lot of it looks like its is in hotel pans and just kinda scooped out cafeteria style.
The service was great. Bright smiling faces. Everything was brought over to me on a huge server tray, even just a single soda. Kind of made me feel like royalty. Haha. I will say that the owner/cook seemed to really be enjoying himself behind the line.
The place seemed very clean and had bright colors and corrugated steel. I’m not sure I loved the low resolution picture of Jamacia on the back of the menu or the PowerPoint slides of improperly dimensioned stock photography food over the cooking line. The Jamaican Radio playing was nice though.

We came is to meet some friends right at the tail end of the evening. We had t planned of ordering anything because of this. We understood that coming in so close to the kitchen closing can be a bit of a faux pas, but the staff were kind and understanding. They brought us menus and served us with delicious foods as well as a reassuring spirit. Would recommend 10/10 and would do it again, but not so close to closing lol

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly! It looks clean. The atmosphere is lively and colorful. For some reason, the place was not busy on a Friday afternoon, so the service was quick. It is in the middle of downtown Berea, which is a beautiful college town, excellent for a walk after you are done eating.

Great hole in the wall. This place should be popping! They really need a mini stage where the TV is for karaoke.

Cook in the back was loving life and the waitress was super friendly and enthusiastic about the business.
The environment was super dope. Lots of American and Jamaican flags everywhere. Very authentic! Not a lot of places have that these days.

I had the special goat curry and it was pretty darn good. If I lived here I’d go back to try other plates. They all sounded tasty.
I also tried some of the oxtail and that was great too.
Very tender, just like me. Ladies Holla at me!

The mac n cheese was straight out the box, do not recommend. They had no beef patties and it was 4pm. I remember going here when they first opened and it was excellent. Things have changed.
