The food is quite good! The beans have a nice, different taste to it than other places. The quesadilla is very delicious, so is the guacamole. The only problem I had was that there were ants in my glass of water. Other than that, service was great.

We visited on a quiet weekday and tried the Tacos Al Pastor and Tacos Carne Asada. Both were mind blowingly amazing although we did prefer the Asada. They were served super quick and were hot with fantastic rich flavor. Chips and salsas were served complimentary. We enjoyed both the green and the red salsa and also liked the super spicy salsa (available by request). We’ll definitely be flagging this as one of our favorites and will definitely return for more.

Ordered the enchilada plate. I asked for ground beef enchiladas so they upcharged like $2-$3 then only gave me about two ounces of meat for all three enchiladas. Ordered a cheese dip but they do not offer chips with the dip, that has to be purchased separate. The cheese dip was good though. The food was just okay but the upcharge for the meat was a complete joke.

The food looked good but tasted so bad. The rice is bad quality and the shrimps were so salted we left all the food the only thing we ate was the cheese quesadilla whitch you can’t really mess up the beans and rice were all left and still had to pay for it that We didn’t eat, which wasn’t a problem, but definitely won’t be going back

I forgot all about this place! Very very good authentic Mexican food. The restaurant is small, but really clean. Because it is very close to I-635, I-35 and the University of Kansas Medical Center campus, it’s a great place to go for lunch.

The rice and beans were amazing. I got the beef burrito and it was plain, the hamburger meat wasn’t seasoned at all. Everyone else enjoyed their meals and said it was good. If I ever make it back there I know now not to get the beef burrito. I also had to ask for a refill on my soda when she came and asked if we wanted the check after our meal.

Great place to stop for a good bite to eat when you’re in the area. Had a large bowl of Pozole on this chilly afternoon. It had a generous portion of meat and veggies. It definitely hit the spot!
