Don’t miss this hidden gem. It looks like a cute little house but they are one of the most delicious restaurants that I’ve been to this year. They do have a small alcohol selection but the food is the winner here. We started with wings that had such an umami flavoring to them. Makes you want to lick the plate but we didn’t because we have manners. It also came with a citrus jalapeños hash that was to die for. We also ordered the fish n chips, the ribs, the chicken hash, and the mussels in curry. All plates had such different flavors but they will heighten your senses and take you to another world.

I finally made it to Wildwood! I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant since I moved here last year. And it was so delicious!! My friend I ended up sitting outside which was delightful. Our server was Lauren who was so nice even when we asked for endless iced tea!

We choose to have all appetizers which was a great idea. The wings?? Are some of the best wings I’ve ever had. Super crispy on the outside but meat was tender inside and tons of flavor too. The Mac and cheese was delicious! The best salad was okay but too many greens that seemed a bit wilted or maybe too much dressing. Also, we had the shishito peppers and the dipping sauce was delish!

Finally, we had the flourless cake and bread pudding and both were DIVINE!!!!

All in all it was a great night. We will definitely be coming back regularly!

Hidden Gem in the middle of the Aves, Cascade provided my service and was exceptional, personable , prompt and friendly. Entree are large portions and crafted with care by the kitchen. The jalapeños coleslaw on the fish and chips is to die for , make sure to get the bread pudding especially if you value southern desserts. Hands down worth the drive from downtown or neighboring cities to dine here.

Great little place up in the avenues. Delicious food. It was fun to see the back of house in action.

Croquettes had a great curry sauce.
Fries were hot and seasoned well.
Risotto was a large portion delicious.
Meat Loaf was a large portion and also delicious.

Great small home.cooking restaurant less than 15 tables makes this a small quaint restaurant family owned place. Open kitchen where cooks can be seen preparing their amazing dishes, straight forward menu, creatively prepared. Large portions, great combinations, great deserts. Attractive pricing. Will be back for sure.

Loved our experience at Wildwood!
It was a busy night, but they took us on a walk-in….always nice to see a restaurant make that extra effort. Service from our waiter was prompt and attentive, and he made some great menu recommendations. We split the mushroom toast for an app. I had no idea what to expect, but it was delicious! For mains, my wife got the risotto and I got the fried chicken (on the servers recommendation). They did not disappoint! Both were extremely flavorful, well-prepared and generous portions. Lots more we want to try on the menu, so we’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our visit to Wildwood! Made a reservation and showed up a bit early, but we were seated immediately. Our server, Thomas, was very helpful and attentive. The restaurant is warm and cozy. Smaller but very inviting. Drinks came quickly and were delicious! We ordered the mushroom toast to start with and it was so good! We had the pork ribs and fried chicken entrees and they were also delicious. And the portions were huge! Everything was so flavorful. The ribs had a great bark and pulled easily off the bone. We were so full we didn’t have room for dessert. Can’t wait to get back.

Very cute spot. Patio looked nice but it wa packed. We were seated inside at a table practically shoulder to shoulder on both sides with other groups. The seating arrangement doesn’t allow for an easy dining experience. Server was just ok. She seemed to be just going through the motions.
We had the burger and it was good. Not flavor packed but still good. The ribs looked amazing so I think we would give them another shot and see how the ribs are. Pricing was also ok. Glass of wine $10 , beer $6, burger $21, dessert $12. We split the burger and it was perfect amount.

Food and ambiance was excellent. Chef Kurt cooks real ingredients to their excellence. From appetizers to dessert, each dish was full of flavor with beautiful presentation. The service was attentive and very kind. It’s definitely worth stopping in for a great dinner experience and not looking for traditional downtown food.
