We are in with a group of adults with disabilities. The staff were helpful, patient, and welcoming! The pizza took only 15 minutes to make and came out hot and perfectly cooked. We had an excellent experience and will be back again!

This place is terrible! They burn the pizza literally unless you request for them not to. I lived in Columbus for twenty years. I loved donatos pizza. To me it’s one of the best. Coming back home to Springfield. I thought it would remind me of the way it tasted in Columbus… Oh my, it just gets worse and worse. This evening I tried it again for the last time. I pulled up to the window and noticed no one came to the window at all! I honked my horn loudly several times. I banged on the window and yelled hello but nobody came. Not even to say ma’am we will be with you in a minute. The place was empty. No customers anywhere. I had to pul the car over and come in.

Good place for a late dinner. Went through the drive-thru for faster service, I thought. Guy comes to window and asked the name on the order. I tell him and rather go get it, he has someone else bring it to the window 5mins. later.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I ordered 30 boneless wings, which is listed as “party size” on the app. Paid $25 & received basically popcorn chicken with BBQ sauce on it. Many of the pieces weren’t even bigger than a quarter. Some were even smaller. Called the restaurant & asked for them to remake it, manager said they would only remake half the order & couldn’t guarantee the size would be any different, not even worth it for me to leave my house again to pick it up.

Workers were nice not busy at all around 2:55pm. Food tast wonderful. Tables were not cleaned off very good with crumbs every where. But besides that it was a wonderful calming quiet environment.

Got some lunch to go for doing errands today. Got the steak sub. Ordered on line and picked up the food at the drive thru window. The food was ready on time and the staff was friendly when working the window. Didn’t go inside but the back area of the drive up looked clean. The steak hoagie style sub was hot. It had good cheese and onion flavor. The bun was fresh and warm. Good flavor on the pattie and gravy. Pretty good flavor overall.

Door dashed pizza from my hotel after being stranded for a few days. The images provided for the pizzas alone were enticing, but there was always something different.
Like the Hawaiian I got that comes with almonds and cinnamon. I AM SO GLAD I GOT IT THOUGH. I take a bite and am compelled to eat another.
They load their pizzas up! Don’t sleep on them.

I don’t recommend this place. I paid $32.00 for this burnt mess. Will never order from here again. Plus the food was cold upon arrival after an hour of waiting. This is seriously ridiculous.

I had came to pick up our pick up order later on in the evening. Didn’t see the signs where they wasn’t accepting $50s or a $100 bills. After a certain time my order was $97.00 They refused to take my $100, i even asked for her to keep the change, So I left came back with change. The lady was still argumentative and even stated that she likes to argue with the customers just very rude, very poor customer service and didn’t even get the order right
