My day was terrible so the only logical though was to travel to cold stone, upon opening the door i was met with a sweet and gentle aroma, a smell of fresh, delicate and delicious soft serve. As my mouth began to swell with water i steped into line, my jaw dropped as i saw the array of flavors to chose from, stunning me. As patrons passed me i alone stood at the counter. I was met with a kind and polite stanger, named Jayden, this stranger single handedly saved my day, turning my day from a zero to a hero.Upon paying I felt euporia as i handed him a $20 dollar bill. As i was returned my change i happily thanked him and left. Upong returning home it was a plethora of ice cream, turning my day around. I would like to thank Jayden and coldstone, you saved that day, and i thank you. You have obtained a loyal and regular customer.

Employees are exceotionally rude. I see here thats a norm for this location. Also this location refuses to accept anything larger than a 20. Attempted to pay for a $37 order with a $50. They vehemently refused to take it while pointing to a little sign that suggested 20 or smaller. A boutique type shop with steep prices refuses legal tender? I could see if I was trying to pay for a 15 order with 100 or there not being enough change in the till, thats understandable, but flat out refusing a 50, for 13 bucks change? Nonsense. I said ok since you refuse to take cash, you can waste it instead and throw it all away now and we all walked out. I dont play games with owners or employees stupid “rules” enjoy your business going under. Legal tender is legal tender. We won’t return.

I came in here fro the first time ever, got a “falling in chocolate”. when i got the actual bowl it looked NOTHING like the picture, looked like a pile of mud all squished, the bowl was onlt half way full. for the price this was definately NOT worth it.

Aiden was absolutely phenomenal. His customer service skills are ON POINT!!! A true gentleman. Great personality with a great smile. If ever you’re in the mood for ice cream, this is one way I highly recommend to do it. I’ve heard it a few times from ppl out there that they are too pricy but you are paying for high quality.
Superior quality ice cream with a variety of cones/bowls for the start and ends with an extensive array of toppings.
As far as its closest competitor, the only other franchise competition I can think of would be Oberweis which is mainly in the Chicago area.
Venue is always kept clean and customer service remains top notch. Glad they remain open for take out during these dark days.
As long as CSC continues to create their tasty gourmet ice cream and maintain their friendly service, I will continue to pop in whenever I have that craving.

I would give a zero star if I could. Super disappointing. Tried the new Oreo birthday cake. We are not picky people, and we threw out the ice cream. No toppings/mix ins, and soupy when we got it, just not good. Used to love cold stone growing up and haven’t been in a while and now I get why it’s not as popular.

Came in to try the new ice cream taco. The videos online showed them being relatively large and made fresh. When we came into the store they had a pile of them already made and they were very small compared to what our expectations were based on what we saw online. And to make it worse, the taco was soggy from sitting there and the ice cream was half melted and soft. Definitely wouldn’t buy again.

This place is great! I ordered via GrubHub and they called to confirm what flavor I’d want since they didn’t have what I originally selected. The lady I spoke with was friendly and kind! If I hadn’t already been back at my hotel, I’d definitely have stopped in to eat there! Definitely made our trip to Wisconsin better!
