If you want GREAT bbq, Phil’s is the place for you, trust and believe! I sometimes salivate with the thought of eating it. I used to live closer but now I’m farther out, but will make the trip just the same if the desire gets too deep. No other bbq compares. I just love it! Wish I had the recipe.

Was our fourth time to this restaurant. The menus is always so interesting. Crudo (forgive my spelling) is delish and we live the Maw maws ravioli so much we got two orders to go!! Desserts are awesome too. This night we ordered the gelato ; strawberry, gingerbread and popcorn. Don’t let the popcorn scare you. It’s out of this world!! And we also ordered the toffee. Nice drink and wine selection as well. Enjoy.

Had a craving for bbq last night, couldn’t remember if Phillips or Woody’s taste best. Bought a deluxe combo for 22 bucks….disgusting! Taste like someone poured a whole bottle of vinegar in the sauce. It came with sliced beef, baby back ribs and chicken…the only thing worth finishing was the sliced beef after i wiped off most of the sauce. Beans were kind of like something i would expect from a cafeteria. Potato salad, awesome. If i am going to wait that long for bbq it better be good!

Ribs are always DRY!!! Sauce is nasty! And they DON’T USE A GRILL!!! NO SMOKE FLAVOR AT ALL!!! THEY HAVE CHEAP CUTS OF MEAT!!! TRY WHOLE FOODS RIBS ON LINCOLN BLVD!!! Then you can TASTE the DIFFERENCE.
