I had an extremely frustrating experience due to poor management and lack of customer service. I placed an order for Nashville hot wings ahead of time and even had someone physically pick up my lunch for me because I only get a 30-minute lunch break. When I opened my order, the wings were completely wrong — I was given naked wings instead of Nashville hot. I called the store immediately. I was upset not just because the order was wrong (mistakes happen), but because Oscar Soto, the store manager, refused to correct the mistake by delivering the correct order, even though the error was on their end. Given the situation and my limited time, I felt that would have been a fair resolution. Instead, he offered store credit, which I did not want and does not fix the fact that my lunch was ruined. I ended up eating plain naked wings because I had no other choice. As a store manager, Oscar Soto showed zero accountability, poor judgment, and very weak customer service skills. Managers should ensure orders are double-checked and should know how to properly resolve issues when mistakes are made by their team. That clearly did not happen here, even though the order was placed in advance. Very disappointing experience. People with this level of customer service should not be in management roles. I will be contacting corporate regarding this issue.

It’s about 6 PM.1/23/26 I go into the establishment where there are two Hispanic workers one heavyset male and a skinny Hispanic woman while on the phone with my mom about a serious issue her being admitted into the hospital. I have the female worker who approaches me and I’m not able to answer her because I am on an important phone call with her not understanding that she could have just went to the next customer or went back to working she proceeds to walk back to the area where the heavyset Hispanic male was and start talking about me as if I’m intentionally ignoring her when I get off the phone I asked her could she have been a little bit more patient at the fact that I am on an important phone call and I give her the information that she needs and the order is not even ready yet I still have to wait the mail comes to me because my phone rings again and he started yelling and saying I was being rude to the worker. I don’t understand how when I asked him his name because he while I’m on the phone he hey hey hey is what he says to me as if my phone call is not important when I ask him his name he tells me to mind my business. Do not worry about it. What type of customer service is this? I am so overstimulated I will not be returning to that Pizza Hut no more.

I placed an online order for delivery. I even received a text that stated “ your order is on the way, track it” however the status on the app after placing it said carry out update. I called them to ask why my order said carry out instead of delivery for which they stated because I ordered it that way. I told them I placed it under the delivery tab and got a text that said delivery. They stated they didn’t know why it happened but that they couldn’t change it because their delivery was through a 3rd party so it wouldn’t allow them to update. I said ok that’s fine we will pick it up but then can we have our $15 tip which should have been for the delivery driver because why would I pay them $15 if I had to pick up my own pizza. The guy said he would ask but when my husband went to pick up our order they told him there was no way to give him the $15 back. I’m sure they could have accommodated like give us a gift card at least.

I was treated very badly here as a doordash driver. They would not release the order to me. They said they lost the order and then said they were going context doordash and get another driver because of my attitude. If you are a doordasher beware

On 2/10/24 I ordered 4 pizzas through the app to be delivered to my daughter’s school at 1:30. At 1:35 I got a notification saying that my order was ready and apparently the door dash driver had my food. Keep in mind I haven’t ever ordered from the app. I literally thought it was the drivers from the location that drove these orders. Boy was I wrong. It’s a third party now. So when I got the notification it say the order would get there at 1:45. That’s fine because I gave myself a 15 minute window. I wanted the pizza to be there around 1:40-1:45. This would be perfect. But somehow I was able to track my door dash driver and he was no where near the school or even Pizza Hut. I called the number provided and the driver had the audacity to say I’m stuck in traffic I’m doing another order before yours. So this guy has several orders in his car and decided to do my last. Causing my order to literally be delayed 30 minutes. Keep in mind I set delivery to be there at 1:30 and it arrived at 2:00. Remember this was a school delivery. Time is sensitive. I called the store directly and the person I spoke to didn’t do anything about it. I was so mad because this was for my child’s birthday celebration. His response was do you want to cancel the order? Really? You could offer to drive the pizza yourself? If the driver would have picked up my order it would have taken him 7 minutes to get to the school. But he decided to pick up another order in a whole different direction and then do my order last. I told this to the Pizza Hut worker and he didn’t seem to care. My child had to walk around school looking for her classmates with pizza boxes instead of having them all in one classroom because they had already swapped periods. Thanks a lot. I ordered from this location because it’s literally 7 minutes away from my daughters school but instead it took 30 whole minutes because the driver was in a whole different part of the city. I did the online survey and wanted a call back. Still waiting.

First off I don’t know if he’s the manager or what, he was very sarcastic , I went in to get $2 personal pan he told me they ran out of pizza !! I’m thinking to myself it’s a pizza place use the other dough but ok, I told him I called before coming he stated they were busy but it’s two people waiting for food only , he still said they’re busy! It was so but so disgusting the cheese was literally water. I did not enjoy . This was my favorite pizza place but now my least . And the cheese inside from the stuffed crust was also watery
