Always great friendly service. They are super quick and always get my order correct. Sometimes they even bring your order out if its ready before the person at the window. Very efficient. Plus, Who doesnt love a chili dog or chili on thier burger.

The new automated menu board by which a person orders their food is not very accurate nor does it show you the summary of your order and total.
The food is always delicious and so far the employees are friendly. Unfortunately they are no longer trained to ask if your order is correct, verifying what isn’t asked at the menu board drive through.
Maybe this one deficiency can be addressed so that it doesn’t take away from the experience.

Great staff during the time I went. Which was around a little after lunch, but before 5pm. Food was hot, delicious like always and made to MY order. Not much to say in atmosphere. I say outside. Wind was not blowing hard. Pretty decent.

I stopped by Wienerschnitzel on my way out of Corpus Christi for a quick bite to eat. It is located at 5861 S Staples Street, and there is no inside dining. There are tables in the back to sit and eat, but the proximity to the parking lot and drive-thru makes eating less comfortable. I ordered a bratwurst with sauerkruat, a hot dog with grilled onions, fries, and a drink. I liked that both were hot, as well as the fries. Honestly, for the price of the entire combo of eats, it was worth it.
Was it great? No! It was Good? Almost! (texture issue on the brat, a little gritty)Plus, the grilled onions had no Carmelization on them. ” I’m just saying.” Anyways, who doesn’t like hot dogs, and if I see a Wienerschnitzel, I’m likely to want to stop by.

Went through the drive-thru. Google maps wants you to take a different entrance instead of the main entrance. Not the best way to get in the drive-thru line.
The ordering is done through AI. Window staff was polite but no update on why food was taking so long (waiting for fries to finish).

I would like to offer a favorable critique. However, when fast food is likened to toxins in terms of its impact, and the establishment features a drive-through with a malfunctioning speaker system, inadequately trained staff, and lacks indoor seating, it’s challenging to do so. Should I find myself in a situation where I’m experiencing hypoglycemia and in urgent need of quick sugars, I might consider this place as a last resort for an emergency meal. That said, if there were a McDonald’s adjacent, I would likely opt for that instead, and only in dire circumstances.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Me and my fiance recently went to this location to get dinner one night. He got the number 2 which is 2 corn dogs a fry (he got the bacon ranch chilli chz fries) and drink and I got the 12 count mini corn dogs with a fry and drink. Total came out to 30$! Which just blows my mind for a place like this. We got our food and went home and when we got home he realized they forgot one of his corn dogs. I called and they said they would have it ready, so I went back so he could he eat his fries with out them getting soggy. About half way there it hit my mind that by the time I got back home my food would be cold and no good. I got there and told them that I called about the corn dog but would like to speak to a manager. When she came to the window I told her that I would like to have my food remade cause I didn’t wanna eat cold food that I had paid for. She told me that in order to have my food remade I’d have to bring it back, brace they was their policy if I wanted it remade which meant me going home getting it and then coming back once again. I live 10 mins away from the location but it was also on the way home. I told her that and then said no and that they should remake mine because we paid for it and the only reason it would be cold when I went back to eat it was cause they forgot our corn dog that being their fault and I had to drive all the way back just to get it. She then slammed the window in my face and continued to make other orders. When they finally gave me the corn dog they forgot ( plus an extra corn dog for no reason) I said I wanted to speak to her again cause that was very rude. I said they need to remake my food and she kept telling me no that she gave me what I was missing so she didn’t have to remake mine. so I asked for the owners number and when she gave it to me I snatched it out of her hand and walked away. Once I called the office manager and told her what happened she said that it was their policy for it to be given back but if I had already taken it home then she should’ve just remade it for me instead this lady decided to make a scene and treat a paying customer in a horrible way. Let me also just say I work in fast food and if I were to ever talk to or treat a customer the way she did to me I’d be out of a job so fast!

We are from Iowa, so we’ve never heard of Wienerschnitzel. Boy we were pleasantly surprised at how awesome the food and unique options this fast food chain offers! Thanks for properly introducing us to your business. We’ll be back!
