There was a new manager who was training did very good with trainee and was very patient… food was extremely good, they were very very nice and social. i deeply enjoyed this experience and will be back. I love my chicken and mac and cheese

Ordered online when i went to pick up my food. The fries were literally burnt to a crisp and hard while the tenders were the tiniest I’ve ever gotten from a restaurant and they weren’t even spicy like I had ordered. They did not give me a straw or the sauce I ordered on the app. Had to go inside just for five people to stare at me until I said hello. Then one person said someone will be with me shortly so I had to wait too long just for a sauce packet. I use to like this place but it’s hasn’t been a good experience the last few times I’ve been here.

Attendant not only got my order wrong but overcharged and didn’t offer to refund the difference or make anything up and then my food was gonna take longer to cook as I walked up to see if it was ready and could tell it was she threw my ticket in the garbage and walked away and I had to get a manager to get my food. Also the fries wouldn’t have fed a five year old. Never going back ever. I also hate the new wings too spicy.

Ordered online. Went to the drive thru and was told to pull ahead and wait. 40 minutes later my daughter went into check on it and the food was sitting on the counter. No one bothered to bring it out to us. Never again.

And the lady at the window was great

She was thoughtful and helpful…..
She knew things I forgot and may have wanted and reminded me of them …
Very nice and perceptive person….

Placed an order throught the app for immediate pickup. Drove 15 minutes to the location, only to have to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order. Also, I was the only customer picking up an order. Drive 15 minutes back home only to find my order was half incorrect. But I guess getting half the order right is acceptable, to the store at least.

First the order was incorrect and had to get it fixed, then they forgot the drink. When i got the drink they gave me a size too small. We got home and began eating, the breading was completely different on my chicken and tasted bad. But the worst part of all? My partner’s chicken had a spider cooked into the breading. And yes, its a spider. We looked closely and saw individual legs, sorry if the picture may not be convincing enough

Ordered online had a time given to pick up our order. Got there a few min after we were told to pick it up, and it wasn’t even ready. Had to wait for 30 min, and nobody explained to us why. Once we got our food, we heard over the drive-through speaker that they were out of chicken for at least 25/30 min. Plus, the workers on the day we went all sorta had dull moods and didn’t feel very welcoming. Hopefully, they get better

I posted a review about a year ago.. and it was the second time I went to popeyes to buy chicken (a place that exclusively sells chicken) and they were apparently out of chicken. This is now the 3rd time I’ve gone there and they were out of chicken.. idk how you can be open yet be out of the one thing you sell? Major management issues.
