Keegan made our visit great, happily accommodating my pregnancy-related request for extra-toasted meat. He even offered advice on how to order my sandwich for next time! My only suggestion for Jimmy John’s is to add more meat to sandwiches. We’ll definitely return because of Keegan’s outstanding service.

Showed up at 9:25 pm and they said there not doing chicken cause it takes 30 minutes to clean and the oven wasn’t in use any more we told the young lady ,dining hours are till 10 pm not 9:25 ,it seems like they employees make the rules and the restaurant don’t honor there menu , please do yourself a favor and don’t come here , why put chicken on the menu if they can’t cook it after 9:26 pm , please hire people who can want to honor and satisfy customer and please put on your menu NO MORE CHCIKEN AFTER 9:25 pm

We love Jimmy John’s but the Terrell TX location struggles. For years we have had sandwiches “Jimmied Up”. Terrell has no idea what that means. Check Google, figure it out. A few weeks ago the cashier actually argued that they don’t do that instead of asking a manager. Tonight we ordered three sandwiches. Two we wanted Jimmied. They had to redo one to Jimmie it. The second was NOT Jimmied and the regular sandwhich had NO meat! As far as we could tell we were their only customers except the people behind us that had to wait way too long. Not Jimmy John’s fast. We did call back and spoke to the Manager who apologized and told us to bring our receipt in for a free meal. We appreciate that but would just really like to get our food right the first time.

10/10 recommend! I cater frequently and placed a big order to be ready the day after a holiday. My order was ready upon scheduled arrival time, packaged nicely, and the team was very helpful getting it out to my car. The food was delicious! I definitely recommend the wraps if you haven’t tried them! I will absolutely continue using this place for catering needs!

After a few misses at the Terrell JJ’s we were “invited” back by the manager. We went back for another try. It was great. All three sandwiches had all of the ingredients and the two we requested to be Jimmied Up were done correctly.
I only gave four stars because they knew we were coming. We will see how they do next time when they are not expecting us…

Service was outstanding! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles and so much energy! Our sandwiches were perfect and delicious! Kaydance Omas and staff were very professional and kind. We most definitely will be back!!

Best Jimmy John’s! Alexa was great and very helpful. There was teamwork with Staff. I’ve been to 2 others and they didn’t even come close in service or food. This is the only one I’ll go to, and it’s 45 minutes from my house.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your Terrell, TX location on 12/17/24. We understand that the end of the shift can be a busy time but, Despite arriving at 9:30 PM—well within your advertised hours of operation (closing at 10 PM)—my group was not acknowledged by the staff. They were cleaning and made no effort to greet us, explain why we couldn’t come inside, or provide a sign indicating that the store was closed early. Adding to our frustration, there were no other customers present at the time, which left us feeling that the staff simply didn’t want to serve us.
It’s particularly concerning that this location has only recently opened and is already sitting at a 3.8-star rating on Google Reviews. This suggests that our experience may not be an isolated issue, but part of a larger pattern that should be addressed.
We’ve always appreciated Jimmy John’s for its service and quality, which makes this encounter all the more disappointing. We hope that this feedback can help improve service at this location so that it better reflects the brand’s standards.

WORST SERVICE EVER.
so i went by the discount tire to service my jeep and thought l’d grab lunch newrby… i walked into Jimmy John’s and there was only 1 lady in front of us physically at the store. the cashier greeted us promptly and was nice. She then turned to help her coworker make sandwiches. They were the only 2 working. After more than 5 minutes of standing at the register with no one taking our order, I was thinking to myself “okay, relax, it’s only 2 people working”… our order is finally taken, and we sit to relax and wait for our food. No kidding, 20 minutes later, still no food. I then walk up to the guy making the sandwiches and say “excuse me sir, I’ve noticed that cars in the drive through are getting serviced way quicker than ppl here inside the restaurant.” He looks at me and says “sir, i literally don’t know what’s going on right now.” I said, “I know it’s busy. Any chance you can make our sandwich next?” He agrees and asks which 2 sandwiches. 10 minutes later, he comes with our sandwiches, and apologizes for the wait. I then open my sandwich and realize there is ONLY lettuce and mayo, NO MEAT.
I then take my sandwich to the cash register and let the lady working know what’s happened, that i received bread and mayo. She looks embarrassed, apologizes, drops everything and then focuses on my sandwich.
This all took about 40 minutes.
While I love Jimmy John’s, and have driven 10 miles out of the way for it, this experience has left a sour note.
