Ordered online to pickup same day Friday 10/31, and was shocked to find the only worker was still chatting away with someone for 20 mins, and when I finally walked up in line, didn’t even acknowledge me until probably 10 mins later. Was told she didn’t even know there was an online order, so had to call manager, and confirm how to do it. She said she was new. They didn’t even have the Thanksgiving box design that I chose and was supposed to be available right now. It was $60 for 18 pieces. She kept saying she was new, I don’t even remember if she even apologized. I am really disappointed and upset about all of this, a complete waste of time and money and emotionally distressing. It didn’t even taste all that special. Was excited to try, since I had to drive 2 hours away, but will never come again.

Used to be my favorite place for macarons but today I spend almost 40 dollar and the pistachio macarons didn’t taste like pistachio and the hazelnut one was also different in flavor. This place is way to expensive to get disappointed.

The staff member was not friendly. He had an annoyed and condescending tone when speaking with me. I asked how pricing worked and if the business was local or not.
Despite his attitude and the overpriced cost for 1 macaroon let alone more than one. I was polite and purchased anyways. You know for his time or attitude or whatever.
The macaroon lacked flavor, freshness, and sweetness. I can only assume it was a few days old by how hard it was. Waste of $$$$!

I first found these macarons in NYC- my husband bought them for me to celebrate running the marathon, and I ate 12 in a row (be kind, I just ran a marathon ha) I couldn’t believe it when I saw we had one in OKC! I already told my husband I want these for my Valentine’s Day treat! The best treats ever!!!!

Currently waiting on resolution for a gift card that was not honored.
Once I was able to catch up with the owner we were able to resolve the issue with the gift card quickly. I am very pleased about this as their macarons are delicious and my daughter-in-law’s favorites. I would recommend this establishment to any macaron lover.
