I bought a lemon cake and açaí strawberry with lemon. The cashier did not take my name. The one who preparing the drink did put just like 4 slide of strawberry. Nobody call me to inform the cake was ready. All of them taking and not paying attention to the customer. A senior man came over to the manager and asking what happen with the bathroom is lock for long time. The manager answer in a rude way what you mean? So much rudeness. This happen on 03/02/2026 around 3:50 pm. Really poor customer services.

Decaf coffee is horrible, horrible, horrible. Poured out 1/3 and added cream twice to try and get the acid/bitter flavor knocked back. I asked if this was “coffee” or “espresso”. I was told coffee, but by no reach of the imagination is this coffee. It was ground and dispensed like the espresso. Awful, awful, awful. I had to get a refund.

The food here is the usual Starbucks food but the people working here are exceptionally friendly. The atmosphere here is welcoming and relaxing, many people hanging out and enjoying the ambiance.
What sells this place to me is the coffee served in a glass and the croissant in a plate. I’ve never ever seen this before at a Starbucks.

Stopped in and had a pleasant time. Staff were friendly and the service moved along without drama. Drinks tasted good and the place had a relaxed vibe. Prices felt fair for what was offered. Not flashy, but everything worked fine. Overall it left a good impression and would recommend to friends.

It’s obvious that you make coffee here, but a large number of people come to Starbucks specifically to work, study, and take care of their daily tasks. That is clearly part of your concept. However, at this particular location, the experience is the complete opposite.
First, the music is excessively loud. Second, the entire coffee preparation area operates as if customers are supposed to enjoy the noise of the kitchen. Staff constantly make loud noises, bang equipment, and talk very loudly to each other, as if this were part of some paid entertainment. Why is it always so noisy behind the counter and in the kitchen?
Another issue is cleanliness. The tables are dirty, and the chairs also clearly need to be wiped down at least once or twice a day. A lot of people come here throughout the day — why should I be forced to sit and work at a dirty table?
The biggest problem, especially for Starbucks as a brand, is the WIFI . Your clients come here specifically to work on their laptops when they are on the go. We want to enjoy good coffee and get some work done. Why is your internet consistently a problem? I had to leave urgent because it was simply impossible to work.
Overall, I would rate this location no higher than 2 out of 5. I do not recommend coming here for any kind of office work. It’s noisy, dirty, and the internet does not work.

Eating my muffin and a customer has him and his dog behind the counter where food is being served. That definitely goes against many health code and food handling protocols. Starbucks the dog situation is getting out of hand. Employees should have stopped the gentleman from having his dog anywhere near where food is being prepared and served.
