Undercooked pizza and BBQ wings, the meat lovers was undercooked n the pizza still doughy. The meat isn’t cooked either. Unhappy with the the food I purchase, and no one wearing gloves while making the food, and I seen two of the employees wash there hands.
That was a waste of money and time. This is not a recommendation for getting food, just lost this customer. Sorry but not sorry.

Ordered two crazy bread and it looks like this! NOT HAPPY this is what I really wanted to snack on tonight! Crazy bread did not look like what they advertise! Plus the crazy bread was still raw dough!

I can get pizza anywhere else!

My thing is the crazy bread!

Also ordered two pizzas and they’re were fine!

Ordered 2 cheese sauce pretzel pizzas and what we got was normal pizzas with salt on them, also told them we are allergic to tomatoes. So thanks for pizzas we cant even eat

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Never order delivery from this location. Burned part of my order, forgot to supply my soda, was over 30 minutes late with my order. They do not care if you’re inconvenienced or that the food was both partially missing and was overcooked.
Tried getting a refund or some kind of compensation, I have to wait 1 business day (ie till next week Monday or Tuesday) before they will review my case.
In the meantime, I now have to spend even more money to make up for the loss of food to feed my family.
What WAS supposed to be a fun movie night ended up with me wasting time for an hour or so trying to not get screwed over but in the end here I am. Still screwed and looking for more food to feed my family.

This location is way better than the south Anchorage one. Not that the food is any different, but the employees are so much friendlier. The guy cashier looked a little sketchy, the first time I went in, but he’s so nice & he works really hard to make sure you’re happy. That’s unusual in fast food service & I think it deserves some recognition. We ordered 2 pizzas to go, and the crust got kinda messed up on one. He made sure to show me, and he offered to make me a new one. It was really no big deal & I told him it was fine, but he still offered me a free crazy bread. That’s just really nice. He always thanks you for coming in & apologizes, if you have to wait. I don’t know his name, but he does a good job & he’s the reason that I drive to this one, instead of the SA, where the lady acts like it’s such a bother to help you. Great job, front counter guy! (I’m sorry I didn’t ask your name.)

The woman at this shop was fire. She had a great attitude and got me laughing during the sale which made me wanna buy more.
The building was small but clean and the crew looked like they work together well.
The pizza was awesome! 8 minutes and it was in my hands after ordering. It’s hot, ready, and consumed.

My wife ordered with the app for a pizza portal pickup that was supposed to be ready at 6:00, it was there but when we opened the box not even 5 minutes after picking it up the pizza was cold, rubbery, and hard. It tasted like they made it AT LEAST an hour before and left it on the counter. So… I call to let them know & see if maybe they could make amends. …Nope! Someone answered and asked if we could be put on hold “for a minute” …sure! Half an hour later they hung up. seriously?!
Never eating here again.
On a positive note, the lady at the register was nice, but seemed like she might have had too much on her plate, or maybe that’s me trying to assume the best in people because I mean really, Little Caesar’s, you had one job: Decent pizza, and you failed miserably. Maybe good customer service? Nah, the 30 minutes on hold negated any niceness I received from the lady.

My husband went to the Northern Lights and Boniface location and ordered us food. When he received the food, he didn’t have a chance to check the order and brought it home. Once we checked the pizza, we realized that they had given us the wrong order. So naturally we called to see how the store location would be able to fix the situation. We waited for over an hour before finally deciding that they were impossible to get through to over the phone.
