Even though I mostly DoorDash from here the food is super good. I usually have a custom order where I swap ingredients and they always get it right. Overall super fast, and reliable. This location also has a KFC in it which is a plus. Make sure to try the nacho fries!

The place is always trashed. Seems like no one ever cleans up not to mention every single time you ever go to the drive-through. There is a line that wraps around the entire shopping center. The employees are either understaffed or very undertrained. I’ve only had poor experience here and this will be my last time coming. Which is sad since this has been my favorite Taco Bell for years.

Let’s begin with I haven’t had Taco Bell for years. My son convinced me to give it another try so I did. I got the chicken bowl with double chicken. $10.60 ish. Appearance, looks good the taste was just “fine”. The texture however was exactly as I remember Taco Bell. Everything is brown and mushy. It’s not that I want tough chicken but it shouldn’t dissolve as soon as it hits your mouth. The guacamole was VERY average at best. The rice was typical Taco Bell – mushy and over cooked. As I once saw on a video of European kids trying Taco Bell for the first time they said everything tastes the same just in a different shape. The chicken bowl is no different. If you ever had Taco Bell before and didn’t know where your meal came from after one bite you would be able to tell it was Taco Bell. This isn’t to say it’s bad, it’s just not for me. I prefer chipotle or Moe’s but this is $8 cheaper so there’s that.

I had an unpleasant experience with one of the older male staff members at this location. I ordered some food and wanted to redeem another item using my points, but I couldn’t find the code in the app. He told me to do it next time, which I was fine with. However, when I went to the next window to ask how to find the code for future visits, he repeatedly said “I don’t know” in a rude and dismissive way, with unpleasant eye contact and body language. The interaction felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope management provides better customer service training for their staff.

If you have time to “burn” go to this Taco Bell”. Busy or not people there just take their time. When you ask for sauce, first they’ll give you two or three. I really had to ask couple of times to get what I wanted. Well, it’s a fast food chain restaurant, these kind of things are expected.

3 years ago – Extremely unprofessional rude employees. Clearly states according to the picture that the price of the Veggie Nachos Bell Grande is 4.49 v 4.69. This isn’t about the $0.20 but about the refusal to honor the price. The staff at the back laughing while I tried to make the point and it turned into an argument. Needless to say – THIS HAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED ME. TACO BELL PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES.

As of Summer 2025: the place has improved tremendously and the staff is also very cordial and well trained. The manager is also really good (at least the on Sundays), he’s really helpful.

The food was decent, but it wasn’t crazy. The potatoes, however, were disgusting. Only three of them were good, the rest were overfried and extremely difficult to eat. On top of that, they tasted horrible.
