I’ve been a customer at this location for years as I and always order the same thing, a chicken burrito. Today was the last straw on a growing trend that Chipotle seems to inflict on its customers and I will be going to Qdoba from now on. Heres why.
It’s no secret that if you order a burrito bowl and ask for a tortilla on the side you will get a lot more food for your money. I never used this well-known secret since I’m usually happy that each time I get a burrito it’s packed with food as well. Over the last year I’ve noticed a decline in the amount of food given in burritos, and its coming from admin. Today I got a burrito that was so small, it was probably half tortilla. The server gave me a tiny pile of rice, sprinkled about 10 single cheese shreds, and 7 leafs of individual lettuce leaves. The server seemed very new, but they are trained to do this. All of this while the man getting served next to me received massive scoops of rice in his burrito bowl, and by the end, had a mountain of food spilling off the sides. These two items are basically the same price…
So to get my money’s worth now I’m expected to abuse this “burrito bowl hack”? I don’t blame the server. Little known fact is it’s literally in there policy to underfill burritos from mobile order to save the company money, they get away with it since you don’t check it until you get home. Now they are doing it to people who don’t mobile order too? There’s a pretty great YouTube documentary exposing this method that I reccomend you check out. All to save corporate a few more .
Also, the first bite of my food had a chicken ligament in it. Sheesh! Qdoba now has a customer for life.

I’ve been to this location twice now and I wanted to love it because it has the pick up drive thru window. However, the food was poor quality both times (I thought the first time was just a fluke). The second time, they shoved the bag at me so quickly I almost dropped it and when I got home, half the beans and rice was in the bottom of the bag. And I know they would have noticed it when they put the box into the bag so it’s frustrating they didn’t give a new bag and replace the stuff that fell out. Overall just a poor experience both times and I’m not even that picky of a person.

asked for some sour cream in my burrito, dude looked like he was trying to feed a newborn with the amount he was giving me. he could’ve came into my burrito if he really didn’t wanna give out some sour scream.

I wouldn’t trust the food here as safe ever. I should’ve learned my lesson when I got sick here a while ago. I placed an online order. Went to the drive-thru. Two employees prioritizing cleaning instead of customer service walked past me and didn’t ask for my name. The third employee asked my name and then checked in with the front and said my order was being made. 10 minutes later one of the employees that originally ignored me asked for my name and yelled to the front for an update. She then, while laughing, said “Make the order!” proving that they had indeed not started to make the order and that poor customer service is a joke to the team. I walk in since I have no evidence that they will start my order. I wait patiently for the people who ordered far after me to get their food and state my name for the third time. They still have not started my order. The food bins full of meat are on the counter and not on the heaters as the person assigned to my order looks around for the right bins and as meat has been sitting at room temperature for an unknown amount of time. The focus seemed to be on cleaning up versus keeping the food safe or serving customers. Getting out right at 11 was noticeably on everyone’s minds starting at 9:45. At least disrespect customers in the back and not right in front of their faces. They did not seem interested in placing the bins back on the heater so it’s possible that they stayed there the rest of the night. I’m not sure why intensive cleaning is occurring when they were still open for ordering for over an hour after. They probably never put them back the rest of the night. The manager they brought out stated that refunds only go through the app, however, it is not clear at all how to submit for one on the app. When I asked for a name to report due the food safety concerns and poor customer service, he did not provide one. So I guess employees at Chipotle are not held responsible for their actions. I don’t expect much from Chipotle in general, but dear goodness can we at least pretend to do our jobs and care about food safety?

They close at 11pm but run out of a bunch stuff at 9.45pm. AND of course, their app will let you to place the order anyway, you will be charged to then be told by the store they are sorry for not providing you with the product you already paid for, qnd they cannot do refunds on online orders AND of course, the app doesn’t have a refund or edit feature after you place the order. Great job CMG

Came in with my friend who has special needs. He wrongly has a second bowl only filled with rice that it turns out he doesnt need, employee pissily tosses bowl into trash and gives us snarky attitude. Then after that rudeness, the food was horrible. This location is genuinely trash i dont know if they dont season the meat or whatever but holy. Dont get me started about the portion sizes. Dont worry I took extra naapkind. #ThisLocationIsSoBunsEw

The level of customer service at Chipotle was impressive, considering only 2 staff members were working. Despite being a first-time customer, I received helpful assistance in choosing a delicious burrito. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also noteworthy. The staff did a great job given the circumstances.

There was a mix up that lead to terrible service.
I googled Chipotle to order online and in a mix up ordered from Qdoba without realizing it. (Which is totally my bad.) I went to Chipotle and was waiting for my order to come out for AN HOUR before anyone checked on the order. The cashier after 20 minutes and 40 minutes SAID she was checking on my order and asked for my name. She went and ACTED like she was checking on my order and reassured me that “they were working on it”. THEY WERE NOT WORKING ON IT. I probably would have realized my mistake earlier had she actually looked and seen there was no order with my name. TERRIBLE SERVICE for not actually checking on things and lying that they had.
Please heart if you read this so I feel assured I’m not ranting to the void lol <3

Not sure why it is so hard to cook rice properly. Every time I go to this location the rice is old (not hot) and clumps horribly. You are overcooking or using too much water with the white rice. The brown rice is the exact opposite, too hard and undercooked. No chimmichurri sauce even though that’s the special right now… Hit or miss what is fresh there. At least the employees are nice and try their best.

1. I know it was close to closing time , but the establishment was not clean.
2. As the employee was making our bowl, other employees are in the way making their own personal bowls to take home.
3. I suggest they stop letting kids run this place.
