Ordered 4 pepperoni online at 6:21 and I arrived at 6:47. To my surprise my pizzas were already given to someone else which is weird since a code is required to take the pizzas out. The man (whom I assume is the manager) spoke to me as if I should have known my order was given to someone else. I ended up getting a refund since I shouldn’t have to wait longer for their mistakes. This has been a great store apart from tonight. Not happy about waiting 2-3 days for the refund to post back to me. I was rightfully upset about this experience and hope no other person deals with this.

The store was not inhabitabal long enough to place an order. We had to repeat our order 3 times because she had an ear peice in while trying to hear the order. She was very polite tho. When we got home and got our food open, it was horrible. We ordered 2 puffs and a cheese stick. My wife’s puffs were very thin, had hardly no toppings, and were not appealing at all. My puffs were pretty much puffed bread will a little ball of toppings in the middle. The crazy bread was super small in quality and three of the peices were only 2 inches long. She also changed stations and went from the cash register to food with out washing her hands once.

Had to reorder to this restaurant from another because they didn’t have ham. This one didn’t either so after waiting an hour we were told to cancel it yet again and they couldn’t do pepperoni instead because it would “mess up inventory”. Absolutely ridiculous. Alot of bs for mediocre pizza at best. This is why we don’t order from little Caesars. Waiting over an hour for the same problem at a DIFFERENT location is beyond ridiculous. Will never order from them again.

Omg I definitely recommend this location. Hot is an understatement, fresh ingredients, so if your going for the food and affordability it speaks for itself. But the best part is the staff I had the pleasure of speaking with 2 of their staff members one manager Nick who was just so awesome pouring out a vibrant personality. We will absolutely be back. I highly recommend this location for your game day, family time, and just pizza for dinner needs.

This was the best experience I have ever had ordering food in Knoxville. I have celiacs disease and went to little Caesars with my friends they went so out of their way to make me a gluten free pizza in the safest way possible. They made it in the back freezer with all new gloves and utensils to avoid cross contamination. They were so kind and reassuring that it would be safe for me to eat. They were so kind and all so nice!! I would so recommend getting pizza here and if you can’t have gluten you can go too!!! 5 stars seriously.

Nick was so amazing. He got my pizza in literally five seconds. The hospitality was through the roof. I suggest this place to anyone who loves pizza he needs a raise, especially with the rising prices of rent here in Knoxville is the place to go if you need pizza.

I was pretty excited to see a Little Caesars on the strip, but especially that it is run by great people. Clean place, fast service with a friendly team. GM Nick has been super awesome and helpful with everything including catering orders. Definitely recommend for personal takeout or larger orders as well!
