As a loyal customer for over 10 years, I’m genuinely sad to be writing this. John’s Pizza has always been my go-to spot in Williamstown, but it seems that has come to an end.
I learned tonight that the restaurant is under new ownership, and the change is immediately noticeable. My usual pizza was a major disappointment and tasted more like something you’d get at a mall food court. To make matters worse, they refused to honor a coupon from their own menu, stating the new owners would not accept them.
A decline in quality and a refusal to honor existing promotions is not a good sign. Unfortunately, I will now be looking for a new favorite pizza place.

Order taker very friendly and patient. Food was fantastic. Pizza dough quality was the best. Cheese fries and mozzarella sticks arrived hot and delicious. We loved it and we definitely will order again 🙂

I have been here about 5 -8 times and the pizza is very good, customer service is great. They also have good deals and if you order online you get a little extra discount, which is really good considering everything is costing more these days. I have only tried plain pizza, pepperoni pizza and bacon and mushrooms pizza, fries and wings. When ordering online I requested fries a specific way and they were to a T. I will be back to try a white pizza and a Tuscany pizza.

My family use to order from this place every Friday night when we’re in the state. Tonight we were back in our home state and we went out of our way JUST to go here because we use to get great service a year and a half ago… except I called to place my 5 panzerotti order with 2 with pepperoni and 1 order of broccoli bites anddddd a jalapeño popper WITH CREAM cheese NOT CHEESE!! I called and confirmed and you said it had cream cheese except once we got back to my state I quickly realized the one thing I’m highly allergic to the fake cheese WAS IN the jalapeño poppers. It wasn’t cream cheese… so thank you John’s pizza, now I’m the hospital because of your staffs utter stupidity and disregard to humans. I paid over $80 for this order and tomorrow I will be contacting you and my bank!

We order from here all the time and im disappointed with the customer service. Was told they would not allow a coupon on a menu sent in the mail, then forgot an entire cheesesteak and still send it to the house being charged with delivery fees when returned… We could have gone somewhere cheaper and gotten more for all of the inconveniences and inconsistencies on the phone experienced. In the future better customer service would have been appreciated for better review

The BEST in Williamstown for Chicken Franchise! Went to all pizzerias, diners and restaurants in the area and none of them comes close. Everything about the chicken franchise dinner was amazing! Highly Recommend.

What’s the point of closing at the time you close, when you won’t take any order after 9:30: like what the point just don’t pay no one and close like everybody dose. Like do we need to to re adjusted., like the door is wide open

The BEST pizza and steak hoagie I have ever had!! I stopped in there while visiting the area and got a white pizza. So good we had to go back next day and get an order of food to bring back to western NY State. Sal, the owner, is a true gem! I just wished I lived closer!!!!! SO, SO GOOD!!!

Pricey.. Also, the specialty bruschetta pizza is garbage.. expensive and it’s just veggies and crust with enough garlic to stink your whole house. What bruschetta pizza doesn’t come with cheese? They said cheese has to be requested… WHAT? waste of money.. never again.

I don’t live here anymore but always go to John’s when I visit. I was a long time and loyal customer when I was living here. I heard it’s been sold and I can understand that Sal wants to retire after 40 years. To the new owners, keep the same thing going that kept Sal in business for that long. I just got a cheese steak. They are using whats looks like a French roll with sesame seeds on it. The roll was gross. Not even toasted. The onions weren’t cooked all the way and left too large of pieces.
