Incredible Omakase experience. Chef Yamagushi takes a lot of care and pride. Baby snapper and shikaro were amazing. Very intimate setting, well under-rated. Highly recommend!

The chef’s warm personality, impeccable craftsmanship, the sheer beauty of the sushi, and the exquisite ambiance of the restaurant are all top-notch. The nearly three hours you spend here will pass in the blink of an eye. It’s an absolute must-visit, offering a heartwarming welcome to guests from overseas as well. At the end, it’s a good idea to request the tuna roll, monkfish liver, and the chef’s recommended seasonal sushi. And don’t forget to try the monaka ice cream—it’s a must!

Chef’s dedication for perfection is incredible. Food is delicious but it may take 2-3 hours. 100% worth it. This is not only the best sushi we’d ever had. But the most talented chef in action. Each and every piece of sushi is perfect and done with all the talent.

My family and I are visiting Japan and we had an incredible time. The sushi was, of course, delicious, and personally the best I have had. There were so many courses of the omakase that I lost count, and each one was uniquely incredible.
But beyond the food, the chef and his staff were astonishingly gracious. We didnt speak the same language, but somehow we still had a blast with what we did know of each others languages. On top of that, one member of our party had left her passport in the taxi we took to the restaurant, and one of the staff helped us call them to get it back (the driver ended up coming back with it before our meal ended!).
This dinner exceeded all expectations- it was the kind of intimate dining experience with next level flavors that I could only previously have dreamed about.

Great service from Chef Yamaguchi and team. He is a Sushi Sho disciple and his expertise shows with the Shari (was divine). Sake recommendations were great. Our hot teas were never empty.
