Place has been steadily going down hill for awhile now. Food was absolutely garbage tonight. Ingredients including the beans and cheese etc tasted like it had been sitting out way too long. Definitely not fresh by any stretch of the imagination. Super dry and gross. Tortillas were the same way. I couldn’t finish any of the burritos I ordered they were so bad. Two stars because the young man at the counter was a nice guy. We won’t be back anytime soon.

Every table in the place was dirty. We finally just had to wipe the food off of one of the tables. Their only saving grace at this place was that the cashier was friendly. Food was not good. We were disappointed to say the least. I used to love Taco Bell food. So sad

The service is awful. They haven’t had Baja Blast in two weeks, as well as they don’t have the build your own box online. When she told us there was no Baja blast like we ordered online it was such a large inconvenience and then still didn’t give us what we wanted.

Worst experience at Taco Bell ever!!!
Every table in the dining room was dirty.
I cleaned the table and seats off of the table we sat at. No one was in the dining room or in the drive thru until we left
An employee came from the bathroom adjusting their headset then wiped their face and bald head with only their hands. Walked behind the counter grabbed a large cup and tried handing it to my husband asking if he got his large drink yet. He had got his drink so they put the cup back on top of the stack. The employee walked over the the line where our food was being prepared and began to help with our order.
All the while the employee never washed their hands.
I ordered the cantina bowl without rice and beans due to health diet restrictions. I ordered double protein (chicken) because I was hungry and hadn’t ate yet today. The shredded cheddar cheese on everything on our order came out looking white because it was covered in so much white powered substance. The chicken in my meal was a slimy mess. So unpalatable it actually made me vomit.
As someone who actually enjoys Taco Bell (and worked for Taco Bell as a Manager in another state) I can say this was the worst experience I have had at ANY fast food restaurant ever. Extremely disappointed!

So it was a like slow on everyone’s orders at this location. Some cable guys waited 15 minutes to get their order. In the 45 minutes here they never canner ours to clean anything in the lobby. Windows are filthy all around. I ordered by the app so not sure about counter service but watching others they were slow to take care of customers.

Best experience today that I have had the employees we amazing one employee actually did a table touch which was nice. I could actually have a conversation and not feel like I was yelling due to the music being at a reasonable volume. Honesty it was the best experience by far.

I know anything about the inside of the building but for going through drive through I’ve almost never had a bad experience. The only “bad” experience I’ve heard of, was my wife had someone who was a little off putting but I haven’t heard of/ seen him since so all is well. Food is always good standard and seemingly fresh. 9/10

All employees were eating Culvers, they had their families there, most employees were outside the building. I arrived at 10 minutes after I made my online order. My food was not done, and I had to wait another 10 minutes for it to be done.

I went through the drive through. Down almost $40 on our meal and notone of our meals was right. Went back to talk to the manager and he had an additued like it was my fault that the whole order was wrong. As I was talking to him he was cursing at me and slamming the window shut. Telling me that he didn’t have to serve me. We need flash. You already served me and the whole order was wrong. I told him that he has his rights and I have mine. I wanted my money back for the meals. I only got $13 of my $40 order.
What cracker jack box did you get this guy from. Not a prize employee I tell you. This is not a taco supreme and my burrito supreme wasn’t a burrito supreme. It was a Frito burrito. Plus the shells where ranch flavor. I did not order ranch shells.
The nacho bell Grande all beef that I order was to be with no sour cream or guacamole. Well got the order wrong and put those items on it and plus it didn’t have any beef in it. Then the two hard shells tacos that was order again was served in a ranch shell and again I didn’t order ranch shells. Then we ordered a #9 and the crunch wrap was cold and we had asked for soft shell for the taco. And again we received a ranch she’ll which is not anywhere close to a soft shell by all means. Then we ordered a $5 nacho box which didn’t even have the nacho fries in it. And again. I didnt get my total refund and was cursed out by the so call manager. I do have a video of your prize employee and his attitude. Just sorry that I didn’t get the attitude from the time we started our order at 10:45 p.m.
