Claremont is known for being Pet friendly and even leave water out for them, unfortunately this place instead of telling us that could sit outside we were asked to step out with the Puppy, it’s okay I still stayed myself and give this place a try, as I do weekly and try Hot Spots with the BFF

Omg. If you want to have a really good home baked bagel you have to go here. One of the best bagels I ever had. Nice outdoor patio and great staff. I usually don’t give a five unless a place deserves a five star review. This is a five.

Went in for late afternoon nosh. Got cranberry bagel with berry cream cheese. Bagel was good, but could have been better toasted. Coffee was drip but good. I think fancy sandwiches were better, but didn’t try.

Ordered the “lox, stock, and bagel”. It cost about $13 for it. It was okay and I felt like for what it cost it was not worth it. The bagel was mostly just onion and tomato. The lox was barely present and took some digging just to locate. I’d recommend a regular bagel with cream cheese unless paying double the cost of regular bagel for the addition of red onion and tomato is your thing.

Delightful experience here! Atmosphere of the place was a nice surprise. Then the bagels arrived, and they were amazing.

Used to be one of my fave spots for a bagel. The past three visits have been disappointing. We ask for our order to be prepared for dine-in, but they always wrap it to-go in foil which makes the bagels soggy. The prices are high compared to similar types of bagel cafes. The dining area is cramped and messy, and I haven’t seen staff doing any kind of cleaning/sweeping around the tables. Bagel selection is average, but I expect more inventory on a Sunday morning. Probably gonna have to find a new bagel spot now.

Claremont is a very popular place on the weekends and it is difficult to get a table at most of the restaurants for breakfast/brunch. So, I decided to try this little take-out place. They have a decent patio and excellent coffee. I had their breakfast scramble bowl and a cinnamon-raison bagel with butter. Everything was delicious and only $13 with tax for my breakfast including coffee. I sat on the patio and enjoyed the lively view of people out and about on a Sunday morning.

The bagels here are always tasty. We got their cheese melts. I went with their Jalapeño cheese with Mozzarella and tomatoes.

Enjoyed an egg salad bagel sandwich on a toasted cheese and onion bagel. Boyfriend had the egg bagel with plain cream cheese. I really enjoyed their egg salad, which was not whipped nor overly chunky, and found the cream cheese tasted homemade. Because I’m picky, I asked about the texture of the egg salad and they even offered a sample. That was very nice. Service was also very friendly. One thing I didn’t enjoy was the bathroom stick (unhygienic) and no WiFi. We had to go to a second business down the street to do a little work. All in all, I would go again. Thank you!

Pretty sure Jade, an assistant manager, is a racist. I was waiting in line a few days ago and saw a Hispanic woman come in, all the white people before her got great service. Then Jade was extremely rude to this particular woman, and the woman seemed to get frustrated and started being rude back. But it was definitely Jade who initiated the issue, and I could see no other reason for it besides the woman’s skin color. Very bad form 42nd street. You lost a customer, thank Jade.
