Decided to try this place out, drove there having high hopes that there was an IHOP in town. We entered the restaurant and had to wait awhile there were clearly a bunch of tables open.
As we got seated we got our drinks and then ordered,
We got our food after an hour and 30 minutes.
And when we got our food they messed it up completely. My brother ordered scrambled eggs and the gave him over hard eggs.
Crappy cup of coffee for 3.50
Warned me 3 times before giving me my food, as the plate was extremely hot and I shouldn’t touch it….
It was cold if anything. They said this for all our orders.
Friends steak was completely raw.
And then they stick a tablet in your face that is asking you for a tip. Options were 15%,20%, and 25%
I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Well, I was very disappointed. Not only was the service extremely slow when their was maybe only two other tables eating, but the waitress we had was unable to answer our questions, she said she would ask the manager and she never did saying “the manager disappeared ” it felt like she didnt even give a crap about her job. The food portions are extremely small for the 13.99 price. The two eggs were the size of one. I asked for sweet tea which is on the menu and I was told they didnt have it. They did not give me my meal how I ordered it. Oh and the other thing, The men’s bathroom was absolutely filthy, and the floor was sticky and then our shoes got sticky. I will most likely never return to this location. Unacceptable!!!!

Waited over 20 minutes just for our drinks. Our server straight up told me he forgot about our strawberry lemonade. How? After 20 minutes? Also $5 for a strawberry lemonade?????? My husband’s French toast was DISGUSTING. And he paid $14 for strawberry banana French toast? Yeah he got 3 slices of bananas and maybe 3 strawberries ontop. My pancakes were still a bit raw on the inside. Our server never came and asked us how our meal was or even apologized for how long it took to give us our drinks. Will not be going again or recommending to anyone.

I love having Applebees/IHOP, I really like having a great selection of food choices and the food was awesome. I had breakfast chicken fried steak and it was delicious.
Services was fast and friendly and my server LoriS is so nice and made sure our experience was good.
I will definitely be going back, I want to try the berry salad because my friends that went said it was delicious.
I definitely recommend coming and trying any of their food items.

The food was fine. It was passable. The service was slower than expected and the waitress had a hard time figuring out who had what when there was only 2 tables. She almost gave our food to the other table and theirs to us. The atmosphere was nice, and the food was okay, but the service needed some improvement.

My coworkers & I planned 3 diff times to arrive for breakfast before work. The building says open daily 6am-midnight. All three times the place was not open at 6. We had placed to go orders & now unable to retrieve them cause nobody opened. Today I knocked on the window cause there was an employee sitting at the bar. She opened the door for me & asked what I needed. I said I thought you opened at 6. She said we’re supposed to but rarely do. I did eventually get my to go order but it was so awkward having to knock on the windows to get their attn

Well the wait was unreal, 90 minutes for a 15 minute order. We didn’t even get drinks for 30 minutes. It wasnt busy nor was there a lack of servers. Food was cold, our order didn’t even come out together. I felt horrible for our server, it wasnt her fault at all. She still received her tip, but that kitchen and the management is horrible. You have the same people running it who ran Applebee’s into the ground previously. Get rid of the crappy previous employees should’ve beenbthe first thing you did. Your manager isn’t capable of doing the job, she wasn’t before IHOP and isn’t after.

Disgusting food, unorganized chaos, long wait time for carryout order 48min wait at 330pm. . . Eggs were not cooked thoroughly. Also ordered strawberry banana pancakes that had a total of 3 strawberries and 4 banana slices… no syrup or whipped cream. Colorado omelet was extremely dry with barely any meat. Beyond disappointed. I thought with the new duo and remodel this place would be better… Nope, still as bad as it was when it was only Applebee’s… terrible cooks, food, and staff… will not be going back.

$80 and a almost hour wait for food that came out cold, hard, and overall gross. All of our food was wrong and the server was horrible and didn’t talk at all. Im beyond disappointed that they put an Ihop under the same crap management. I’ve had better at a McDonald’s. I’ll never be returning here for any reason. The ihop in rib mountain is 1,000 times better. I’m so disappointed.
