I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for years, but tonight’s experience was disappointing. After driving home and discovering an error with my order, I contacted them to report the issue. Unfortunately, their response was unprofessional, and they failed to take corrective action or acknowledge my long-standing patronage. When I expressed my intention to take my business elsewhere after years of substantial investment, their response was “THAT’S FINE”. Their approach to customer service was particularly disconcerting, given the value I have brought to their business over time. I will not be returning

Very disappointing. I ordered Mongolian beef, which I asked if they had first because it wasn’t on the menu, and the woman taking my order said they did. Not sure what they gave me, but it was definitely not Mongolian beef. Everything tasted a bit stale, kind of cardboard like. The sesame chicken was edible, but not enjoyable like some others I’ve had. Sadly, and it really pains me to say this, I should have just gotten Panda Express. But I’ve been really wanting to find a local Chinese spot. This, is not it.

Undercooked chicken and wrong order. Beyond disappointed I gave this place a shot because I was extremely hungry and my chicken is undercooked mushy and isn’t teriyaki chicken I asked for fried rice with it and just got white with vegetables which is ok I’m more mad at the chicken this place sucks $10 for nasty food

This was nasty. It doesn’t even taste like general Tao. I asked for crispy and got soggy and where’s the broccoli??!!. It was like eating spongy mushy fried flour balls. I’m from Brooklyn NY and we have the best Chinese food! 21$ for 2 soggy orders.

Update,this plate looks good shrimp,big succulent, not,they fall apart mushy in your mouth and the vegetables were raw not crunchy
Most of the plate was white rice.this was pre- cooked and heated when I ordered,no telling how long it was cooked before.i noticed alot of the food is precooked and not freshly cooked and then brought out of cool storage and reheated. Egg rolls mushy and cant tell they are pork because you cant see the meat.they look like premixed cabbage and carrots cooked .about done here time to find a place that cooks fresh by order.

We were told we could get the Sesame Chicken in a not spicy variety and when we got home it was so spicy Neither me or my daughter could eat it. They were closed the next day on Monday and my car broke down on Tuesday, so I called them on Wednesday to tell them I didn’t have a way to return it. The RUDE man on the phone said, ‘it’s Wednesday now and they can’t do anything about it and hung up on me! This is one hole in the wall storage looking food establishment I will never recommend and never patronize again and anybody else that wants good food and good service from a clean looking place, may I recommend Asian Wok across the street.
