We decided to stop in on our way to Burbank airport and grab lunch before our flight. The food was so delicious. The family who runs this restaurant are so friendly and helpful. What a great spot. We couldn’t help but come back after our trip and stop back for another meal. It’s definitely going to be a regular spot for us. We may even plan our flights around the opening times!

Juicy and thick chicken. I ordered the chicken breast kebabs and they did not disappoint. To the person claiming the chicken was undercooked, this is not true. First, you pick your base which can be fries, salad, or rice. Next, comes the sides. You get to pick two. I decided on jalapeno hummus and tabbouleh. They also give you pita bread and are very generous with the sides. The total price came out to $19.30 which is not bad at all for all the food you get. Most places only give you rice and kebab, the sides are sold separately. Would come back! I basically devoured the plate

We ordered a family platter and pork ribs. Hostess was friendly. Everything was delicious including the rice, peppers, and tomatoes. It was a hit.

I used to work nearby and we would order from Tonir multiple times a week. I dream about the chicken. I’m in town for work and made a point to eat here. It’s an odd part of town, super quiet, industrial, etc. The people are so kind and the food lives up to every good memory I had!

We always order takeout. The young ladies who run the restaurant go out of their way to make our order just the way we like it. It’s a pleasurable experience and the food is excellent!

Tonir Cafe offers a pleasant ambiance, and the rice dishes are nicely prepared. However, the experience was marred by the chicken, which, although visually appealing, was unfortunately half-cooked. Caution is advised.

Food was great and even though there was no waiter, the service was amazing, the lady there knows about their food. The food was tasty and the beets were great.

I had heard that this place was a must visit for their Mediterranean food, and it did not disappoint. They made one of the best chicken kebabs I’ve ever had in my life. It was tender, juicy, and just the right level of crispiness from the grill. I also really enjoyed the garlic sauce that came with the chicken. I didn’t love the hummus as it felt processed and not thick enough for my liking, but overall this is an incredible hidden gem in Burbank and I would recommend it to everybody.

The food is great and the ladies here are always so friendly. One of my favorite lunch spots in Burbank, and a regular in my rotation. I love the no-rice ala carte and skewer options.
