We drive about 30 or 45 min to eat here. I love it. I have never had anything i didnt like, nor has anyone else thts ever been , tht I know of. The service is stellar! The people are great! I love eating here, its the best I’ve had since moving here from Texas! I will be a repeat customer anytime I get the opportunity!!

One of the best in our area for authentic Mexican food. Large portions & a huge selection on the menu. The staff is always in top form. I eat there quite a bit & have never been let down. Clean & fairly quiet. They do not serve alcohol. The owner is a friend & he says he wants it kept that way for a comfortable family place.

In the past the food was not as flavorful as I would like, but the portion sizes and the fact that it is fresher than other Mexican restaurants far outweighs anytime that it has not been as flavorful. However, they have totally kicked it up about the last five times I’ve been there. It has been perfect.

What a great find in the middle of nowhere! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Try the Lengua street tacos! Salsa was good and fresh. Ask for some of the home made hot sauce as it has some heat! Give it a few minutes and it will kick in. I highly recommend La Familia and hope you have the same experience I did.

Our family went out for dinner tonight. We had the steak street tacos, California Burrito and Steak Ranchero plates. Large queso for the appetizer to share. They were prompt in bringing out the drinks, corn chips and salsa. Food tasted great and we all ate for $57 before tip. Waitress did a nice job and stayed on top of our table.

This restaurant was incredible. The service was good. You can tell the servers have devoted local patrons. I had the best chorizo I’ve had in a long time. It was cooked perfectly, not overdone. The plates are huge for the price. I would say it’s even worth driving out of your way for.
