My parents recently moved to Barnegat, not far from this place. I am a NJ native, now living out of state. This was the 2nd time I ordered from Vinnies, and I am sold on this place! They make some of the best pizza I have had in the area. Very consistent! The owners were also very kind and accommodating when I asked about my Mom’s allergies. This place should be your go to pizzeria if you live in the area.

Ordered small tray of wings for Super Bowl to be delivered at 4:00… they weren’t delivered until 4:50, but I know it’s a busy day for them.. The wings were extremely dry!! Had 15 people at house & not even half the wings went! The only ones that were eaten were the ones that people tried and didn’t finish. Waste of $40 !

I just had a takeout tuna wrap from Vinnie’s. Sounds a little ho hum right? It wasn’t! Not sure if it was the tuna salad itself, the shredded lettuce with tomato or the onion with just the right amount of “zing” but I really enjoyed it! The wrap is HUGE so it’s actually two meals. AND it comes with a side of heaping crispy fries…I have to go lie down.

confused & annoyed. let me start by saying this is a pizza place. i use to work in the food industry so i understand being busy & feeling overwhelmed, but being straight up sassy + rude is just not okay.
it’s a friday night & a dinner rush so i understand not being able to accommodate everyone’s needs & there being long wait times. i called asking if we could do a plain pie and a couple slices. the girl over the phone said they dont do that. i reworded my question and asked if we could do a plain pie, with a couple of other slices. she said no. i’m confused because aren’t you a pizza place? she then puts me on hold and then goes to ask someone else and comes back 2 minutes later and says “yeah…. we don’t do that” and i was explaining how i was confused and she was like “it’s a friday night we don’t have time for that and we’re far too busy for that” with A NASTY ATTITUDE i said okay that’s fine, but i didn’t need the attitude and hung up. you could’ve said that nicely instead of being nasty. never ordering here just because of that experience, what a shame.

Delicious pizza and food. One experience I did have with them, though, was exceptional. I was driving home after a long ten hour ride.Just my daughter and wife coming back from my daughter’s cheer competition. I called the pizza parlor to order a pie.Knowing that the pizza parlor was closing soon. I explained my situation and stated that I would probably be fifteen to twenty minutes late after they closed if that was okay. The owner was super polite and friendly and stated.It was no big deal and he truly understood. i’m glad this town has very community friendly businesses such as this.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!
This place was abysmal. We ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas here and went to get them. We were told it would be a 20-minute wait, which turned out to be a lie. We were there for over an hour. When we asked where the pizzas were, they told us they were “very busy” and that we were being rude as customers to ask for our orders. After that, the employee just walked away and began to play on their phone. We waited another 20 minutes and decided it was enough waiting. We went to ask for a refund so we could get food somewhere else, but the employee just handed us a completely unmade pizza and told us to do it ourselves. I am FUMING that this place treated us like this. If you’re ever thinking about eating here, think again. Take your buisness anywhere else in the world and NEVER eat here

At 5:45 pm I ordered from this pizza place for a pick up order and after I told the person on the phone 6 different times how my mom wanted her meatball sub it was still incorrect. When I called the pizza place to let them know it was incorrect the give me the options of picking up a new one or they could deliver a new one. I asked them to deliver it so everyone’s dinner didn’t get cold and it’s now 8:25pm and no new sub was delivered and they are now closed. This is terrible customer service. I wish I could give this place zeros.

We recently catered food for a party from Vinnie’s, and everything was fantastic from start to finish. The communication was excellent, and Greg made the process so easy. We ordered about five dishes along with three 3-foot subs (one of which he even custom made for us). Every single dish was absolutely delicious. Greg was professional, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. Vinnie’s has always been our go-to spot for pizza, but after this experience, we’ll definitely be using them again for our future events.

It is very unfortunate that this place is going down hill. We order from here on a regular basis and the pizza latley has been dried out, overcooked and tastes like cardboard ! The last few times we have ordered salads it was a complete disappointment as well the chicken was dried out and hard as a rock. With that being said we will not be back.
