Now that Jersey Mike’s offers gluten-free subs, my life has become mostly complete. I’m so happy to be able to eat a sandwich that I feel like a kid at Christmas. Thank you so much for helping people who have gluten-free preferences because of this I can eat sandwiches again At fast food places like yours. I went into this place and had A really good experience the other day. Everybody was super nice and helpful. Plus my sandwich was amazing. Can’t wait to come back.

I love Jersey Mike’s. I’m on the road a good bit. And JM is quick, easy and the food is good. Until I stopped into this location. The food was decent. The service was mediocre. The restaurant was filthy. I was totally ignored while the staff laughed and joked with a friend that had dropped in. After about 5 minutes or so (when they were done chatting) I was acknowledged and placed my order.
The worst part was the lack of cleanliness. I had a long way to go and was in a bit of a hurry. That’s why I didn’t just leave and go elsewhere. The prep counter was filthy. Covered with remnants of past sandwich prep. The floors were filthy. The knives were covered in condiments. The staff apologized for getting mustard on my sandwich when they cut it. Then they just wrapped it up and handed it to me.
I return to this area quite frequently. I won’t be returning to this location. Very disappointed. Due to how this place was managed. I’ll be interested to see if I get a response from this review. For some reason I doubt I will.

My Wife and myself took our cousin and we loved the menu choices, the staff was very friendly and the food is the best sub sandwich I’ve had in years. I got the chicken bacon ranch sub and it was fantastic!! My Wife had the mini club sub and our cousin had the roast beef with provolone. They were busy, with a steady stream of customers, but moved everything along in very good time.
We enjoyed our visit and will be back for certain! GREAT JOB!!!
