I ordered through DD an hour before close. What I received was a stale old cold Detroit Style Slix n Stix and Crazy Bread without any seasoning and freezing cold crazy sauce. My order was delivered and I immediately called the store. The young man that answered the phone didn’t attempt to correct. Didn’t take my name and number for a replacement. Instead he stated “We close in 10 minutes. What do you expect?” And then hung up. Well if I ordered before we’ll before closing I expect fresh food. I literally just left a pizza job and know how long it takes. I tried calling back and he picked up and hung up.
These are the people you have to represent your company? I would never allow my employees to treat a customer like this.

If you’re looking for burnt food on your lunch break, this is the place to come to. When I say pissed when I opened the box to eat my food on my lunch break I mean it. I came here on my lunch break for a grab and go, I got to work and this is what I looked at when I opened the box. I did not have time to go back, I ate around the first one and threw the rest away, this was all around my crazy puffs on the bottom and around the edges. I was extremely disappointed.

My husband ordered and was given a time frame. We were definitely watching the clock so to speak and a gentleman appeared at the door and gestured toward my husband. And wow what service as he chose to wait in our vehicle. A gentleman kindly gave us awesome service for us to enjoy a ” fresh” pizza. And it was delicious .

Came in to see if they had anything hot in ready we were in a hurry. After the gentleman helped the lady in front of me he then goes back to the kitchen, before even saying anything to me, yells “why does the front hate me?!” About 2 minutes pass by he comes back acts like nothing happened.

Every once in a while cheap fast pizza is the way to go, but not this night. I took two bites my mouth was on fire, I know their sauce runs a bit on the acidic side this is why I always ask for light sauce. Well, they made a pizza with regular sauce, and the sauce was not mixed right. Could not even eat one piece, Tried the cheese bread someone seemed to be very liberal with the seasoning. I will not be going back to this one.
