Back Spin Bistro offers a great combination of tasty food, friendly service, and a relaxed, casual atmosphere. We had the chopped sirloin and Hawaiian burger; both were very good. The menu is reasonably priced, and everything we ordered was flavorful and well-prepared. Large windows throughout the dining area provide a nice view of the surrounding red cliffs, adding to the overall experience. A solid choice for a casual meal in a scenic setting—we’ll definitely be back.

We were a party of four. We ordered an Hawaiian Burger, a tuna sandwich, a chicken salad sandwich and chicken wrap. Each was terrific and the fries were especially good. This was our 139th differentvrestaurant where we have eaten lunch in St. George. We rate them liked by everyone, mixed reviews and wont go go again. This was definitely a like by everyone. Thanks.

When chef Freddy is there this place is the best! He nailed it on all entrées: corn beef sandwich; fish and chips, teriyaki chicken. Server was awesome. I believe he is the bar manager as well. Fries were a killer good. That’s the kind of food that will make us regulars.

We’ve eaten here at least three times and it’s the best restaurant in the area that we found. And we like it better than the previous restaurants that were in the same area. FYI, we’re from the San Francisco Bay area so we are a little snooty when it comes to restaurants. We’ve had many items on the menu and the chef is very accommodating. We’ve liked all the servers too, the latest one being Tiffany.

Considering you are a new restaurant and all you guys need to fix your customer service waited 10 mins for someone about seating….been in on other times the service been good.. but this is ridiculously and servers should know what comes with the food.. need better training especially with host service…. Food Was Not Hot Eggs Were Cold Didn’t Taste Good…Pancakes were only thing that was hot…Server never her name was Rachael never returned to check on things took forever to get the bill… I also email the backspin bistro email I hope you take the feedback into account cause there a lot lacking in service at this restaurant I did mention that to golf course guys cause wasn’t sure there was a mgr on duty but from I can tell didn’t seem to be a mgr on duty or lack there of it..

Horrible everything. No wonder this location can’t make it. I wonder which flaky eatery they’re going to try next. It is a fantastic location, atmosphere, but no one seems to do well there. I am certainly not a chef or restaurant mgr., but I could sure turn this joint around in about three months…..maybe someone will be able to. Start with over-the-top service.

Our group had the best meal here. I know this place has been a few different restaurants but Back Spin is the best one. My husband had Shrimp salad and it had nice big shrimp, I had a burger that was great and good fries. I am definitely coming back.
