Stopped by this place while driving from Tulsa to Denton. Food was good. Fast service. Staff was friendly and seemed to be having fun while working. Some emoloyees were singing while doing their job. That was pleasant to see. The only thing that we didnt like was one bathroom was closed so men and women had to take turns using the same one. Other than that its a good place.

Where shall I begin? We waited in line for over 20 minutes for food that was cold. The Doritos taco was stale, the chalupa was hard, the nacho cheese sauce was half full, and the burrito and chalupa had sour cream even though we specifically asked for no sour cream. The soft tacos barely had meat in them. Also the drinks were flat and had a weird taste. I know it’s late and usually busy but the food should at least be fresh, warm, and most importantly correct. With all that being said we have gone multiple times during the day and had no issues. Their only saving grace (2 stars) was the person at window was very friendly but other than that their night shift sucks.

Where to begin? First of all the fact that whoever looks at these reviews only responds to positive reviews is ridiculous and fake looking. It is lunch time and place is busy. I go to order my food and hear nothing but complaining from the customers around me about having to navigate these order menus. The lady behind the counter is doing her best to come around and help these older people place their orders but you can tell the has a slight attitude when they dont understand what to do next. Who in the world ever had the thought that the customers need to do most of the work when they eat fast food? I did get my food pretty quick but the shells are very stale. I could say something but everyone knows you don’t complain about your food to fast food workers. Do better tacobell! I know not all of them are this way but this has to be bad for business.

Restaurant was clean. Staff was very friendly. Our order was messed up and they immediately correct it and gave us coupons for free tacos!

I find it funny how I see so many negative reviews about this taco bell but they are ALWAYS busy! Ya sometimes my food is messed up but as soon as I bring it to their attention, they fix it right away. They are still people and we all make mistakes.
Some days it’s a bit of a wait but if you watch them while they are making orders, you can clearly see they are working hard to get them out.

Just got my food, I want to know who was working the grill because this is just horrible, tried to call and everytime they didn’t answer. Why is my wrapper almost soaked through on one side from the grease they didn’t drain, much less the fact my CRUNCHY taco is so soggy it’s soft. 0/10 DO NOT EAT HERE

I have no problem waiting in line for late night food but this was horrendous. Each item had barely any meat or toppings on them, 6 tacos and 3 chalupas that were all shell. I waited almost 30 minutes in line and paid close to $40 for less than slop. Management should be ashamed, would not recommend this location
