This is an amazing new Dunkin’ DOUBLE drive thru location on route 7 (159th street). I love the twin drive thru experience with the new digital menu boards; Drive thru here has never been faster and more convenient. The crew is so kind and welcoming, they always offer me great suggestions with my order. Just tried a Dunkin Refresher, perfect on a warm day. Appreciate the $6 meal deal, helps me get my go-to items without putting a dent in the wallet. I tried some of the new bakery and sandwich items, like the omelet bites, stuffed bagel minis, and bacon avocado toast. Dunkin has better integrated the app with the new stores, it’s so simple to order via the app and pickup my order in the drive thru or in the mobile pickup area right by the store entrance; I can just grab and get on with my day. Much of the crew is local and live in Homer Glen so it feels like a neighborhood restaurant. Love this location, love the crew, love my local Dunkin’!

For a brand new location they have done amazing all 3 times I’ve been there. My new favorite location. I haven’t been inside yet but the double drive through is awesome. The food was fresh and the coffee was perfect. The staff is extremely friendly and they’re super quick.

We’ve been coming here since they opened, and it’s been our favorite Dunkin’ ever since. I always enjoy my drinks, and my kids absolutely love the Daydream Refreshers! The staff is amazing — always friendly, welcoming, and kind. This is our go-to Dunkin’, not just because it’s close to home, but because they truly make you feel like family. Outstanding service from everyone! Highly recommend!

I usually like to give people the benefit of the doubt which is why my rating isnt too low but the older lady at the window was very rude. Im sure she was just having a rough day but im not sure. She was reading my order, it was wrong so I corrected her and she snapped at me and said “WAIT!” and continued reading it off. I was a bit taken aback but tried to ignore it. Her demeanor towards me was just overall unpleasant. My coffee was correct and she did however fix my bagel order but still felt kinda disturbed by her rudeness.

Your coffee will probably not taste good because they reuse their coffee liners. so whether you’re having iced coffee, lemonade, cold brew, decaf, whatever it might be, just expect that your drink was in a liner that was in there for more than a week. They are not clean whatsoever. They will use the same rag for everything, including cleaning up any dishes that are in the donuts case. They are really stingy about product, even if a cup falls on the floor they will still wash it and reuse it for the next customer. I would be very careful about coming here considering it’s a new store, I Expected higher standards, but all they care about is having more money in their pockets. They are also aware of this! corporate was contacted, but it seems like they still practice the same thing. ♀️

This store is spotless every time I visit. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping everything clean and organised, from the floors to the shelves to even the check out area. It always smells fresh, and I notice employees constantly tidying and sanitizing without being in the way. It’s honestly one of the cleanest, most well kept stores I’ve been to, and it makes shopping here such a pleasant experience. Great job to the staff for going above and beyond.

Best Dunkin I’ve ever went to. The workers are all so friendly. The manager always greets me and my family and asks how our day is going. Food and service is 10/10 and that’s why I’ll be coming back ! Keep it up !
